❤️ The indoor pool is heated to a healthy and comfortable temperature. We have a wonderful pool technician to clean and monitor it before you check-in. However, at times, the pool can still feel chilly to some young children. Whenever that occurs, we always try to accommodate the request to increase the pool temperature by sending in our pool maintenance crew.

It’s a very nice cabin, clean and lots of dishes. The pots and pans were not very good. There are no closets or dressers for clothes. Plenty of room for our family and we could bring our dog. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean.

Cabin was great and roomy for family of 8. Very close to everything. Host very informative and stays in touch. Only minor issues: Had a little glitch getting in cabin but was opened remotely. Cabins are close together. Compost facility nearby that hampered the outside smell.

House was exactly as described. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Living spaces were perfect for our family.Kitchen was well equiped (no sharp knives for cutting meat or veggies) Bathrooms were clean and had enough towels plus some shampoo and conditioner. They have refillable pumps of shampoo conditioner and body in the showers. Kids enjoyed the pool and game room. Plenty of towels. Theres a bathroom in the pool room. We were unfortunately unable to enjoy the outside especially in the morning and evening due to the awful smell from the waste and compost department. It does come and go but it makes it hard to be outside.At 9:40pm dollywood fireworks are visible from the back deck which was fun to watch every night. Hot tub was clean and worked perfectly. We did not use the sauna. Location is perfect. Close to everything. Theres a food city grocery store a few mins away. Road to house is very steep Over all house is perfect except for the outside odor.

Place was clean and as described. It is by a dump. The inside of the cabin never smelled bad, but I definitely think it needs to be mentioned in the listing in case someone has sensitivities to smell. I will also say the dump didn’t smell at all hours of the day, just at random times. I assume, based on how the wind was blowing. The only other issue I want to mention is that our door code didn’t work when we arrived at the cabin. Our host was speedy about responding and helping us get into the cabin. However, I looked at this listing on another rental site and a few reviews mentioned this being an issue for them as well. I hope the host will consider changing out the lock system for one that’s more reliable.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping, making it very convenient for our family. The host provided excellent communication before and during our stay, ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.The home was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We immediately felt comfortable and at home. Our family especially enjoyed all of the amenities. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit and provided a great way to relax after a day of activities. The video game setup was also a favorite, keeping both the kids and adults entertained during downtime.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. Between the cleanliness, convenient location, great amenities, and outstanding communication from the host, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway.
