Property is very clean and in a safe area. We were able to walk to a few restaurants from the house. Highly recommend both Creme Brulee for breakfast and Papa Luigi's for thin crust pizza. The host is very responsive as I blew a fuse TWICE in literally 30 minutes and he fixed it both times!

Great place to stay, just as described--charming! We appreciated how clean it was and had comfortable beds. Loved the way the sun streamed in through the stained-glass windows in the morning. That's where we had our tea and coffee. Appreciated the several good quality shampoo and body washes available in the bathroom! We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit family.

The house has multiple entrances to separate living quarters which was not specified in the listing, but other than that everything was great! The block this house was located was very safe and had tons of restaurants and activities close by!

Overall Good Stay

Overall it was a very good stay. However, the AC for the house doesn’t appear to work. Tried adjusting and it didn’t do anything, but luckily it was cool enough outside to not be bad and the window ACs in the bedrooms worked great!Also, Cudahy apparently has year round alternate side parking which it would have been nice to have been told about instead of learning that with a parking ticket…Overall though, our stay was very good here and was exactly as shown and described.

Hi Ryan, I am sorry you had some difficulties during your stay. It was stated in your welcome message and on the property listing that free parking is available in the driveway, always feel free to message if you have questions about the property. The property also utilizes window A/C units as there is no central air conditioning. Sorry for any confusion.

The accommodations were excellent! The place was spotless. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Sheets especially nice. Kitchen was equipped to meet basic needs although we didn’t really cook. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Shops and restaurants were only a few minutes away. Recommend the Cudahy House of Pancakes and Cafe La Crème. Outpost Co-op had lots of grab and go. We will certainly re-book on return visits.

We stayed a week and enjoyed the charming apartment and neighborhood. We walked the neighborhood most evenings and felt like we had lived there our entire lives. It was easy access to the lake, farmers markets, downtown and surrounding areas. Plenty of unique coffee shops, restaurants, and green spaces. The host was very pleasant and responded promptly. Next time we're in the area we would definitely stay here. Marcia
