Long Beach Resort is a multi-building complex located beachfront in Panama City Beach. It features beautifully landscaped tropical grounds, a 7500 square foot lagoon pool with waterfalls, and palm tree islands. Two heated pools, three whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grills, and 24 hour gated security. There's plenty of parking adjacent to the buildings. With a stay at Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, you'll be on the beach with convenient access to Ripley's, Wonder Works, and Shipwreck Island Park, and Coyote Ugly.

This vacation rental features:
-Gulf Front Master Bedroom with a King size bed.
-Attached Master Bathroom with a walk in shower.
-Gulf Front 2nd Bedroom with 2 Queen Beds.
-Attached Bathroom with shower/tub combo.
-Large open living/dining room.
-Full Kitchen
-Private Balcony with plenty of seating.

Long Beach Resort is a gated, secure haven meticulously designed with your comfort in mind. Your resort wristbands grant access to an array of amenities, including:
2 Swimming pools, 1 large lagoon pool (unheated), and 3 whirlpools
Beachfront resort
Bar & Snack bar
Onsite coffee shop
Vending machine (snacks and drinks)

During their stay, guests may utilize the surface lot parking area only. Park directly in front of the tower that your condo is located in. You will find a parking pass in your unit upon arrival. Please return to your car with it immediately, as this pass needs to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay.

The place was beautiful and well decorated and was just like the pictures showed. Beautiful view of beach and was in a great location. We loved the pool. Loved everything about this condo. Will definitely be staying again

But after clarification and further understanding the fall break vacation went on without a hitch. Room sizes large, condo size excellent, balcony views of beach and sunset were amazing from all rooms and from large balcony. We would stay here again for sure.

I cannot brag enough about this condo. It was spectacular. I’m not even sure we could find a place better than this one. The view was amazing. Would hands down stay there again!

We were given the wrong check in code for the door (this was corrected fairly quickly). The tv in the living room did not work, the dryer vent had a huge hole in it so there was dust and lint in the condo, and bathroom sink was clogged. There were Palmetto bugs in the unit. All of this was corrected by maintenance (except the bugs), but for the price of this condo should not have occurred. The condo was decorated nicely. Could use more towels and a better king mattress.

We loved this condo! It was clean and exactly what the pictures showed. The pools were great and the location allowed us to get to everything easily. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony enjoying the views. We would definitely book this condo again!

The only complaint we really had was the room stayed damp from the a/c if you ran them temp up it would get better but if you ran it back down to 70 or below everything in the rooms would feel damp, other than that everything was exactly what we wanted.

The condo was very nice, just like on the website. Well stocked kitchen. The pools we very clean and more than enough seating for everyone. The beach is very well kept up and the views from the balcony were amazing. The on- site security is a plus. The host got right back to us if we had a question. Would definitely recommend this condo.

The condo was lovely and the view of the beach was even better. Our only complaint is that a majority of the resort was under construction and two of the 3 pools were closed, including the lagoon pool with the bar/grill. This resulted in the one open pool being quite crowded and dirty. The lack of notice about the pools and construction was disappointing as it wasn’t communicated at the time of booking.

Highly recommend!

Condo was everything we hoped for and more. From comfortable beds, couch, balcony furniture. Condo was clean and no issues at all. Great location too!

End of Summer vacation

Condo was beautifully decorated, elevators were fast, appeared some of the pools/pool have been closed/covered up as there were only 2, which stayed very crowded for 4 Towers. Need to ramp up on pest control, ice maker didn't work, so had to purchase bags of ice every day. There were ice trays in freezer, but all were cracked so not usable. Would be helpful if there was a vacuum to use during your stay to vacuum sand up throughout your stay and also feel like adding a "store/gift shop" to the resort would be very beneficial to all guests. Most resorts we've stayed at in the past all have them. Being on the corner of this tower can get pretty loud at night due to the Shores of Panama crowd. Couple of nights it was crazy loud, but eventually the Police came and shut them down. Nothing that ruined our stay, made great memories but determined we prefer the West end better then East end of Front Beach Rd. #LOVEPCB

Location is great . but I would not recommend to anyone ECDI. this property management company failed to disclose information to us about major construction project that was planned in advance at this property .So we weren’t aware that we are gonna have a dream vacation in the middle of major construction project . When we arrived to the place we were really upset and disappointed , that was no access to the beach from that tower. You have to go around no access to the pool either couldn’t find anyone except construction workers everywhere , that there are huge construction project is going on ,construction noise were so loud that we couldn’t even take a nap during the day dirt and dust everywhere. we immediately requested partial refund so far they email us back with general information. Sadly Nothing being resolved ,

We come to Long Beach resort every summer. However, two days before our trip we found out that my father passed away unexpectedly. I reached out to the owner about rescheduling for another date or a possible refund. The owner was very unapologetic and started their email response with “Thanks for your inquiry” and didn’t even acknowledge my father’s passing. They refused to offer a refund, partial refund, or reschedule for another date. I fully understand that this is business, but making decisions with grace and compassion can really go far. Had this owner been understanding and try to come to an understanding, we could have been return customers year after year. I am incredibly disappointed and saddened that this owner chose monetary value over humanity. It was also extremely hard to get a hold of this owner. I had messaged 4 times over the course of 2 weeks without a response. This was in regards to my second payment. I chose compassion and understanding instead of cancelling my trip. It is a shame that they did not do the same in return. Would not recommend staying with this host. There are lots of great hosts in Long Beach Resort and unfortunately, this is not one of them.
