Hi, We respectfully disagree with this review. The guest did not report any issues before, during, or immediately after the stay. Following checkout, property damage and excessive cleaning requirements were discovered and documented, resulting in back-end, additional charges for this guest. House rules were not followed, nor were check-out procedures. While we understand that no guest enjoys unexpected charges, these charges were based on the condition in which the property was left and were supported by documentation submitted through VRBO's resolution process. Our goal is always to provide an excellent experience for our guests, and we encourage future guests to consider our overall review history when evaluating our property.
