The house was very cozy and it was very close to the beach, which was nice. It basically had everything that you needed, which was great.I recommend if you have a family of four it’s a great place to stay anything more than that might feel a little cramped.

Thank you again. The Fort Myers beach access location is one of the reasons we fell in love with this area, being steps to the beach, and peaceful and having the nearby beach trolley stop. We use a professional cleaning service for our guests, and have professional lawn service and pool service, for enjoyment!

We enjoyed our stay! The property was a close walk to the beach and the pool was perfect. It was nice to have a wagon, chairs and towels all at the property. Our family also enjoyed the screened in porch. The inside space was perfect for the 5 of us.

Location was excellent, a short walk to the beach and away from the busy part of the beach. Very close to the grocery store. The pool was a bonus when we needed a break from the beach. It was the perfect size for our family of 5.

The property was very clean and well kept with nice finishes - the pool was clean and wonderful - the proximity to the beach was amazing! And Penny was very helpful! All around a great stay - highly recommend!

The house was very neat and clean. It was recently remodeled very nicely and the new pool was also very nice. Talked to Penny personally, and she was very friendly and helpful with questions we had.

Incredible beach house! Extremely accommodating and responsive hosts. Really enjoyed my stay here with my wife and almost 2-year-old. The pool is nice and warm and the house is a block from the beach. Good amenities in the house overall as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone. And there is a pack and play on site for small children to sleep in.

As advertised - excellent location on the island, east access to the shops/restaurants/beaches to the north, and the state park and outdoor recreation to the south. Less than a mile to the grocery store. Very short, safe walk across the street to a more laid back beach. Home was excellent with 4 kids - clean, safe, and pool was perfect for our needs. Host is responsive.

Clean house and pool. Penny was great. Beds were not as comfortable as I would’ve liked. We really liked the location as far as beach access but a little far from the bridge and entrainment. Traffic was a nightmare but that’s to be expected on an island during SB.

We’re sorry to hear the beds weren’t as comfortable as you had hoped. All of our mattresses are brand new, high-end models, including extra-long twin beds for added comfort, and one of the beds features an electric adjustable frame. That said, we understand comfort can be very personal and may vary from guest to guest. We’re happy you appreciated the location. Being mid-island offers a great balance—still convenient with trolley service for getting around, while typically being a bit quieter than areas closer to the bridge and main entertainment spots. As you mentioned, traffic during Spring Break can be quite heavy on and off the island, and we appreciate your understanding that this is a seasonal factor outside of our control. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback—we’d love to host you again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at FMB. This house was clean, perfectly sized for two, although it would easily and comfortably accommodate 4. We preferred this over similarly priced stays at resorts. The neighborhood was quiet, perfect for morning or evening walks. Just a short walk to the beach made for convenient access for us to enjoy a couple of long days on the beach. Penny was gracious and allowed us to check in early as our flight landed at 11am. She was responsive and gave us some good recommendations for dinners out. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We stayed here in late November 2025 and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The weather was perfect, and the location is truly unbeatable. The house has a high-end feel throughout, and we loved how easy it was to walk to the beach, the grocery store, and great restaurants.The sunsets here are unbelievably beautiful—it’s as if time stands still for those few moments. Truly the best time of day.We also really enjoyed the pool area. The patio and pool are perfect, and the paver patio was done exceptionally well—such a great spot to relax.The area is perfect—quiet, neat, and beautiful. If we return to Fort Myers Beach, we will absolutely stay here again. The host was super responsive and genuinely helpful.We especially appreciated having laundry on-site and being able to return home with clean clothes. We spent hours on the screened porch soaking up the sun, enjoying cold beverages, sorting shells, and listening to music.

Amazing vacation home!

This has been our first family vacation of 4. We traveled with a 5 year old and a 8 month old. The host was so easy to communicate with and even allowed for early check in. The home did not come with a pack and play but after speaking with the host she was happy to reimbursed us for the one we purchased. The home was newly renovated and just absolutely beautiful. They provided enough clean towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even laundry detergent. The kitchen was fully stocked and made our stay so easy. The pool was amazing and kid friendly. The location was the best part!!! 2 minute walk to the beach, the home came with a beach wagon, umbrellas and even sand toys. I would not hesitate to book this home again.
