Great family home!

We booked 3 homes through Sagebird Properties for a birthday family reunion in The Woodlands. All homes are very close together and located near all the cool Woodlands amenities, pavilion, the mall, movies, and Waterway square. All homes were very well appointed and provided plenty of space for all the relatives to sleep. But The Eagles Nest was my favorite! 10/10 RECOMMEND!

This house worked great for our family of 4. Close by the Golf course and Woodlands Mall/Market street. This host left out a basket of snacks and they had toys in the house for my little kids!

Great Spot for Family

We stayed while visiting family that live in the neighborhood. The layout of the house was great and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. Will definitely stay again when visiting!

Great property with nice amenities

A very nice, clean, comfy and quiet property in the Woodlands. Great location with access to many trails and walking paths. The house was nicely furnished with plenty of space to visit with family.

Great Place!

Perfect place for our family while in town for a rehearsal dinner/wedding. Extremely clean and Debra made sure we had a pack and play and high chair for us. Highly recommend!

Family baseball trip

We enjoyed our stay very much and Debra the owner was so incredibly nice and was very easy to get a hold of if we needed anything!! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone!!

Girlfriend Getaway

Wonderful house, property & location. Very clean, kitchen stocked, wonderful outdoor area and one level! Host was very attentive, even checked on us to make sure we arrived safely. Would recommend this house and for sure it will be a repeat for us!

Private Woodlands Getaway

Great location, clean house, and excellent communication. We loved the remodeled master bathroom and the privacy of the front & back porches. We will definitely keep this host in mind for future visits!

The Eagles Nest is Wonderful!

There were three of us on a four day Girl’s trip. We never left the house! The house is so beautiful, cheerful and spotless. Debra and Matt were the perfect hosts. We have been to the Eagles Nest three times and we always have a perfect time.

Wonderful family home

This home is a real jewel. Matt checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed and it was so well equipped for all of our needs. Best VRBO I have stayed in!

Loved the house.

Beautiful house well kept and comfortable, the grandkids loved the backyard and all of us enjoyed watching the different birds that came to the feeders in the garden Debra was great and very helpful. Will definitely stay there everytime we make a trip to Houston.

Perfect for family

Debra's property was exactly as advertised and perfect for our family (including baby!). It had everything we needed for our stay and was centrally located. Debra is extremely on top of it and easy to get ahold of. We will definitely stay again while visiting family.

Beautiful property

This place has it all! My kids loved the toys and garage set up and everyone was was very happy with the house and neighborhood. The location is very convenient to the grocery store, mall and entertainment.

Amazing stay!

We stayed here as a family for a pre Christmas get together due to unexpected job relocation. It was wonderful from start to finish. Property was spacious and clean and so close to all the Woodlands has to offer. The house had everything you could need from kids to adults. It was absolutely wonderful and a bright spot to our holiday!
