La nostra bella casa privata si trova in un quartiere adatto ai bambini a solo 1 miglio dalla splendida storica Portsmouth, nel New Hampshire.

La proprietà si trova su una baia di marea che offre il nuoto, kayak, pesca o semplicemente per rilassarsi sul molo.

La casa può ospitare fino a 8 e dispone di 3 camere da letto. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto (molto confortevole) nella zona salotto con vista sull'acqua, 2a camera da letto ha 2 letti singoli, terza camera ha futon confortevole full size. La casa dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata con vista sul mare, una terrazza sul lungomare 30ft con grill a gas, casa schermo e tavolo da pranzo all'aperto, un'altalena, 2 kayak, barche a remi, biciclette e una casa sull'albero abbastanza grande per dormire! Anche la raccolta di lamponi in fiore tutto il mese di luglio e un orto per scegliere tra. Wifi.
2 gatti vivono in casa in modo che non è adatto a chiunque con allergie gatto.
Rispetto ai nostri vicini, abbiamo una politica di 10p -7a all'aperto tempo tranquillo.

Si tratta di un facile 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Portsmouth. Noto per la sua ricca storia, favolosi ristoranti, fiorente comunità artistica, molti locali con musica dal vivo, teatri e gallerie d'arte, shopping unica, musei, parchi e campi da gioco. Un meraviglioso mercato degli agricoltori è disponibile da maggio a ottobre A 5 minuti a piedi potrete raggiungere un negozio di vino e formaggio di proprietà locale, un mercato del pesce con pesce locale, una lobster, numerosi campi da gioco e il festival delle arti estive di Prescott Parks, il chili cook off e il chowder fest.

Salire su una bici e fare un giro in 15 minuti dalle spiagge e antichi forti di New Castle o visitare la storica Wentworth by the Sea.

Non dimenticare di visitare la nostra città gemella Kittery, nel Maine. Godetevi la vista di yacht club, barche da pesca e vasi di aragoste mentre camminate o cavalcate sullo storico Memorial Bridge. Visita Foreside di Kittery per la cucina raffinata, panini all'aragosta, gelato e le arti. I negozi di Kittery, nel Maine, sono a soli 10 minuti di viaggio.

Amazing Labor Day weekend 2018

Our family of 6 gathered from MA, NJ, OR and NH for the Labor Day weekend. The house was perfect for us. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We cooked and ate several meals at home and found the kitchen accommodating and very well appointed. We spent a lot of time playing games, reading and talking on the beautiful deck. We loved the easy access to water - swam, kayaked and enjoyed a boat ride tour from Steve. Resident cats, Ginger and Lulu, were occasional friendly visitors.Rose and Steve were very accommodating , friendly, helpful and interested in our comfort. We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this home as a place to stay.

AMAZING PROPERTY

We had an amazing weekend, this was such a beautiful home! The pictures online do no justice, just stunning and we will have memories to last a lifetime. the layout was very spacious and we had plenty of space to get hair & makeup done for a wedding with beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Outdoors was also spacious with back deck, grill, firepit and seating. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with us!

Beautiful with great views

This house was the perfect size for a group of adults to stay for the weekend of my sister's wedding. The owner was incredibly accommodating and truly exceeded my expectations. The house is spacious, comfortable, and has fantastic views. I only wish I had more time to actually spend in the house!

Perfect Location, Beautiful Accomodations

This home (and host) went above and beyond our expectations for this trip. The home is beautiful and in a perfect location with a short walk to downtown Portsmouth for any interest day or night but still tucked in a nice tranquil waterfront neighborhood. The house had plenty of space for entertaining inside and out. The home provided everything we needed for our stay and more. It was the perfect space for our getaway with friends. If we return to Portsmouth, we will absolutely hope to stay here again.

Home away from home - New England charm and comfort at its best!

We didn't want to leave! This home is one to definitely book. Spacious (pictures don't do the house justice...it is roomy and comfortable with a fabulous deck overlooking the water and beautiful yard for playing or daydreaming.). Great kitchen to cook lobsters and family dinners or enjoy takeout from local fish shack and unwind at dining room table built for a large family. Wonderful space for our three year old to play to her hearts content and the grandparents to read their books in the evening in the living room. Bedrooms are quiet, provide privacy and coziness. Movies / tv can be enjoyed in the sitting room off the master bdrm. Fabulous owners, great little girls who shared their toys, tree "princess" house, and swingset. Close to town so you can walk along the water for happy hour or a stroll to get coffee. Highly recommend this cozy and spacious retreat!

My husbands family has owned the property since the 1950's. My husband grew up next door and planted the raspberry patch that we still pick from today in 1970! The house was built in 2003 for our family. We have lived here since.

Living in this house give us the unique feeling of always being on vacation. It is only 1 mile from the center of town with all its history, shops, restaurants and night life yet it is tucked away in a private area allowing us the pleasure of the solitude, tranquility, and visual beauty of the bay.
