We had a wonderful “mini vacation” during a stretch of beautiful fall weather. The house was very clean, and offered extra amenities that were enjoyed. Since we are in our “golden years”, we (and our dog) appreciated the spacious one-floor living.

A friend and I had a great time for the long weekend, in the house. While it rained part of the time, we were comfortable just staying in, and listening to the rain. Good size quiet area of town just a few fast blocks to the outlets and just down the street to the ocean. VERY MUCH enjoyed and would recommend.

Wonderful stay in Rehoboth. Nice location right off Route 1 which allowed easy access to shopping and restaurants. 10-15 minute drive to beach areas depending on traffic and time of day. House was clean upon arrival, beds were quite comfortable, and kitchen was huge with all supplies for cooking meals if need be. Decent yard for dogs if you’re traveling with your pets. It is fenced in although front portion on either side in front of home has metal fencing that isn’t very sturdy. It could possibly get pushed over by a bigger dog so I’d be mindful before letting your pets loose. Not a huge deal overall, I just leashed my one dog due to the roadway being quite close to the front of property. Yard could’ve used a bit tidying up but I will say we did arrive right after a bad storm so that could possibly be from that. Host was very easy to work with and very accommodating due to a day late arrival. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

The house was a nice location to everything I needed to get to! Close to the beach and the event I was there for. The owner was easy to communicate, had everything ready and was incredibly helpful. There were 1-2 minor cleanliness issues but the owner was receptive to the feedback and ensured it would be taken care of!

Property was clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. We brought our 2 dogs, but something good to know is by the driveway is more of a short metal fence that isn’t pictured in the listing like the tall wood fence in the back and sides of the property. Location was a short drive to the boardwalk/beach.

This is a beautifully appointed home. Lots of seating in living room and large table and lots of chairs. Kitchen was nicely stocked even though we didn't really need kitchen stuffs for one night. Would stay here again, especially if larger party came. Beds were super comfy. Nice stay!

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed the location, especially being close to the park for hiking. Close to shopping, restaurants and beach. House was very clean. Host, Bohdan was very easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful time at Rehoboth Beach! The house is lovely and had everything we needed including beach chairs, toys, etc. The house is in a great location near the bike trail. I would highly recommend it.

We were in town for a wedding and were looking for a comfortable home for ourselves and our two dogs. This home was perfect for us as it had a fenced yard for the dogs to roam, good sized bedrooms, and bathrooms. The home was clean, with a stocked kitchen, and laundry room. The neighborhood was also clean and very quiet. Great home for our needs and we would stay there again.
