Godetevi la vista libera del Golfo sia da dentro o fuori sul balcone di questa fuga Panama City Beach. Questa unità è convenientemente al secondo piano di un complesso a due piani proprio di fronte da una spiaggia riservata - non passi sopra la testa, nessuna attesa per gli ascensori, e parco proprio fuori dalla porta!

Completamente arredato due camere da letto, una unità bagno, 6 posti letto. Ognuna delle camere da letto ha un letto matrimoniale. Il soggiorno può ospitare sei e dispone di un comodo divano letto. Il soggiorno dispone di una TV a schermo piatto con cavo e lettore Blu-Ray. Accesso a Internet wireless è fornito all'interno dell'unità.

Il complesso condominio è dotato di due piscine, una grande vasca idromassaggio, e shuffleboard. L'accesso alla spiaggia è proprio dall'altra parte della strada, e una doccia esterna è fornita. Stiamo continuamente migliorando questa struttura - nuova per il 2015 stagione: nuovo fornello / forno, nuova porta d'ingresso, nuovo letto matrimoniale, e piastrelle in salotto.

Wonderful place right across the street from beach. Close enough to everything without being right in the middle of chaos. We loved our stay and will most likely be visiting again.

Really enjoyed the stay. The condo is across the street from the beach but the balcony faces the ocean- from the building to the beach access is about 30 yards. The pools were nice- condo was very clean but maybe a little dated but it fit my budget nicely. Contacted the host with a question and got an answer very quickly.

Perfect unit for a family with kids. Easy walk to the beach, enough space for a family of 5. Owners were easy to communicate with. Pools were clean! Definitely will be back!

It’s an older condo that could use some updating. Fairly well stocked with the basics. The view from the balcony was an awesome ocean view. Good location away from the spring break chaos. Easy access to the beach, with great sunsets. The pools are not heated, the hot tub was nice. There’s a 25 parking pass fee that was not included in original Vrbo description.It does have stairs to the 2nd floor unit, but they aren’t bad. Overall it’s a nice unit for the price.

Panama city trip

Wonderful location! Ocean was lovely, pools and hot tub clean and easily accessible. Lots of nice restaurants close by. We had an amazing time! The owners of the condo were very helpful with any needed information.

Great place and value

Clean quaint little place. Right on the beach and so convenient. Just outside the hustle and bustle so it’s very quiet. This condo stays cool! So so nice. Ceiling fans in every room. It was 100 everyday outside and it stayed a perfect 70. The owners are so attentive and easy to reach. Can’t wait to stay again.

The first day the pool felt like a hot tub. Great location at the west end where not as crowded. Can see the ocean from the condo and it was just a very short walk to the beach. Condo perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids or consider changing out the trundle bed for a regular bed. Sofa bed not comfortable at all. The condo is dated and needs upgrading. But would consider staying there again.

Nice view and great location

Very close walk to the beach or pool. Plenty of space for us (2 adults 1 teenager). Great location, we were only about 5-10 minutes from Frank Brown Park where our son's baseball tournament was, other teammates and families stayed further East and had much longer trips to get there. Grocery stores and restaurants were very close. Condo AC was nice and cool, bed was a little firm for my wife, but I liked it. Overall great value for the week and we would definitely come back again.

Master bedroom not cleaned properly

Due to the previous tenant leaving the master bedroom horribly nasty and the cleaners not attempting to clean the bedroom, we were forced to sleep in the living room on the pull-out couch all week. It was very uncomfortable plus the aggravation of pulling the bed out every night then putting it back together in the morning.

We are sorry about the pet stain on the master bedroom carpet that affected your stay. We do not allow pets, and the cleaner should have flagged this before your arrival. My uncle went out to scrub the stain immediately when you called him, and I called a professional steam cleaner the next day on an emergency basis. We intend to replace the flooring in the next few weeks.

Love the complex, but not this condo

I have been staying at this complex for six years once or twice a year in various condos. This experience was the worst. I left feeling that this host is doing the bare minimum for their guests. We had no working shower. When we told the host about the broken actuator on Friday night, he said he won’t be able to get anyone to fix it before Monday-without even trying to find someone to fix it. His solution was for us to use the pool house shower for the entirety of our three night stay. The bathroom sink didn’t drain. The electric lock didn’t work, which he had already been notified by another guest. Kitchen cabinet door was hanging off the hinge. Old and dirty cookware. Trash left at the front door when we arrived. There’s more, but I’ll leave it at this. I will stay at Endless Summer again, but I will not rent from this host.

We are sorry that the shower diverter broke during your stay. I totally understand that it is frustrating not to have a working shower, and we've never had a problem with the diverter before. You first informed us about the broken diverter Friday night after business hours. I immediately contacted our plumber Friday night and followed up with him, but I was unable to get anyone out to repair this until Monday morning. I suggested using the private shower in the clubhouse as an emergency measure until the plumber arrived. We've already replaced the electric lock, though we gave you a physical key, so there was no access issue. I also tightened up the loose screw on the cabinet door hinge after you mentioned it. We take maintenance very seriously in our unit, and just replaced flooring and repainted last week.

The location and condo was amazing! We definitely enjoyed our stay. The only thing that we didn’t like was the floors were really dirty but other than that the place was perfect! We will definitely be back!

Great local

This property is in a great location close enough that things are handy to get to but far enough away that we weren’t bothered by traffic. It is on the second floor and no elevator so anyone with trouble climbing stairs be aware!The main bed is very tall I’m 5’4 and it was up to my waistline. The kitchen had everything we needed. The laundry area was clean and everyone I met was very nice. The owners were so accommodating and very responsive to my emails! All in all a great little spot to stay in.. the hot tub and one pool weren’t up and running but it was early in the season when we stayed

Cute and comfortable with an ocean view

Despite the outside appearance of this building, I was overjoyed when I open the door to see this beachy bright unit. The view is amazing, and mirrored walls mean you have an ocean view from almost every room, including the back bedroom. Plenty of towels and a set of bed linens were included. Full kitchen with all the basics including a Keurig coffee pot. The master bedroom had a very comfortable and very high bed with a closet and under bed storage drawers. The second bedroom had a daybed which converted to a king, with more under bed drawers and a dresser. There was also a small desk and a tv in the second bedroom. Living room furniture was comfortable for watching tv, reading or just looking at the amazing gulf. Communication with the owner was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 month stay. Not really a lot to do in the immediate area but shopping and activities are a short ride away. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance.

Great little getaway place

This condo was perfect for our needs. It was within out budget and was right across from the beach. It was a little dated inside but it was clean and that is what mattered to me. The only thing that wasn't great was inside the cabinets, they need a good overall cleaning on the inside of shelves, everything else was perfect.
