We chose this neighborhood because it strikes the perfect balance — quiet and residential, but just minutes from the heart of Carolina Beach. We love how peaceful it feels, with morning walks by the water, friendly neighbors waving hello, and the sound of the ocean never too far away.
One of our favorite parts is having boat access right in the community — it makes spontaneous afternoons on the water effortless. Plus, you're only a mile from the beach, boardwalk, and all the local restaurants and shops that give this area its laid-back coastal charm.
It truly feels like a hidden gem — close to everything, but just tucked away enough to let you fully relax.
