• Some suites do not have a lake view. A lake view can be requested but cannot be guaranteed.

• Outdoor pool and children’s pool are closed from Nov. - March. The hot tub is open year-round. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.

• The elevation of this resort is 5,500 feet.

• No elevators

• Front desk hours: 6 a.m.-10 p.m.

• Parking is limited. The resort is not always able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.

• Area activities are seasonal.​

• The resort recently experienced a power outage that has taken down the resort's Wi-Fi. Due to the Wi-Fi outage streaming service will be unavailable until further notice. For additional details please contact the resort.

• The resort will undergo renovations beginning through December 2024. During this time, there will be window replacements, painting, wood repairs and new railings installed. You may experience noise, dust, work crews and staging of materials. Please contact the resort for additional information

• We require the guest information for the primary guest (should at least be 21 years old) checking in to be provided as soon as possible to avoid check-in issues.
