Great location! Close to restaurants and shopping. Well stocked with towels, kitchen etc. Very comfortable! Enjoyed are stay, it was an amazing trip! Tropical storm was an experience but house and we were safe. Highly recommend the Back country tubing highlight of our trip!

We had 12 people in our group. This property was perfect with 2 adult bedrooms on the main level. A bedroom with bunks was perfect for all the kids to hang out. This house had plenty of beach gear and pool floats for everyone to enjoy. The large table was perfect for homemade meals and game night. It could use a few hooks outside for wet towels and suits. Plenty of games for kids and adults.

We had an amazing time at this house with two families totaling 10 people. Plenty of room never felt crowded. Rooms were great cleaning was decent. Check in process was good not great. Kitchen had everything we needed for the week we were there. Pool area is nice. Plenty of games for the kids o play. Bikes in the garage need work couple had flat tires and couple of small ones had issues with the brakes overall a nice stay.

What a beautiful house in a perfect location. Only minutes from Poipu Beach and 25 minutes from the Airport. Our family of 16 stayed for 4 nights and had the best time! The host was very accommodating and responsive. We can’t wait to stay again!

Our family of 11 recently stayed @ Hawaii Haus in Poipu which was great. Good location close to shops, restaurants and the beach and some torrential weather at times did not spoil our fun! Lots of beach gear (toys, umbrellas, chairs, wagon, etc.) which made it nice for the entire family. Beautiful house, open floor plan, great A/C and the kids loved the pool.

My husband and I took our family of 14 to Hawaii and stayed at Tiki Villa, we all had a great time, the house was well equipped with pool & beach toys, towels, snorkeling gear, bikes and scooters for all ages.Kitchen well stocked with plenty of dishes.Also 2 pack n plays and highchair, which came in handy.Primary bathroom does get a little warm as the day heats up.Very nice place would stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect and made our trip even better. Communication with the host was easy and quick, which we really appreciated. Our family of 11 enjoyed the most wonderful week at Tiki Villa. The house was immaculate, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more, and the furnishings were super comfortable. We appreciated the stocked garage and made good use of the beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. Having a pool in the backyard was the icing on the cake! Thank you for hosting us in the most beautiful home in the perfect location. We made memories that will last a lifetime.

13 of us stayed here for 5 nights and had the best stay we have ever had! This included 2 children that had plenty of space, toys, games and activities! The pool and outdoor space was a huge hit for all! The home had plenty of space for everyone, especially seating! Entry and check out was very smooth, also lovely quiet neighborhood where we enjoyed riding bikes. Would highly recommend and would use them again if we get the chance to!

A wonderful retreat for the whole family!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We had a full house with eight adults and nine kids (ages 2–15), and the home never felt cramped. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, gather together, and enjoy time as a family. Rachel was an exceptional host. She was incredibly attentive, responsive, and quick to help with the few questions and minor issues that came up during our stay. It was clear she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. The location was one of our favorite parts. The neighborhood was quiet, beautiful, and perfect for morning and evening walks. We loved being able to walk to Poʻipū Shopping Village for meals, coffee, and shopping. It made everything so convenient. The home also served as a fantastic base for exploring the South Shore of the island. If you're traveling with a large family or multiple families, this house is an excellent choice. It was comfortable and well-equipped, making it easy for everyone, from toddlers to teenagers to grandparents, to enjoy an unforgettable vacation together. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved this house and it was perfect for our group of three families with small children (6 adults and 5 kids under 10). It certainly could have accommodated an additional family. The amenities and decor were fantastic and the location was very convenient. We didn’t have any issues but the property manager I dealt with from booking through the stay was very helpful and responsive. We’re already talking about going back!

Perfect house, we had a family of 12 ages 9-76. We all had plenty of space. The house has all the beach goodies and plenty of bikes and other fun toys. Truly, I couldn’t ask for anything more from this house. Thank you. I never contacted the host because we didn’t need to. The location was ! All the best beaches, restaurants and activities.

Very well maintained property, nice accommodations for our party which included 6 adults and 5 children. The pool was nice for afternoon swims, especially for the kids. The bunk room was great for the kids. The pool towels and beach towels, along with chairs and other beach items was a nice touch. Although we didn't have time to use them, the bikes were a great addition as well! Quality bikes.The sound machines in each room was also a great touch, we already do that at home. The house and area was quiet, the roosters arent too noticeable within the house.Accomodations/ furnishings in the kitchen worked well. The Grill was in great condition and we were able to grill a few times.Maybe a mile or so walk to the beach, if you into longer morning walks. The space was perfect for a large crowd to separate into their own spaces. The kitchen and common area was very well laid out, accomodates a large party well. Functional kitchen.A double set of washer/ dryers was another nice feature as well! Overall great stay, nice property.

We love that the space gave everyone room to spread out and come together, and that the little details like the sound machines and beach gear felt like home. The walk to the beach is one of our favorite things about this location. Especially in the morning with the island just waking up!
