My family has been coming to Seabrook Island for 30 plus years. This villa was nice. We have stayed at couple of others on Sealoft that were a little more updated. I personally do not care for any carpet in a beach house. Probably my only suggestion.

Greta location. 5 minute walk to the beach. Super cute. Comfy beds. Good working AC, Loved the big club pool. Easy check in.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We did not need to contact our host. There are some maintenance issues that need to be resolved. The key holder was broken so anyone could get in with the key. There are some patches in the walls that need to be painted and paint was peeling other places. The ceiling fans were a bit old and noisy. The pool gate did not work the last two days but it looked as if maintenance was trying to fix it. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. The number of beds were nice and the bathrooms are remodeled nicely. The outdoor shower and downstairs “mudroom” were super nice to have. Again, we enjoyed our stay.

We are glad you enjoyed the trip and found the kitchen well-stocked, the layout spacious, and the remodeled bathrooms and outdoor shower convenient for your family. We really appreciate you bringing those maintenance items to our attention. We are replacing the broken key holder right away to ensure everything is fully secure. Our team is also scheduling paint touch-ups for the walls and evaluating the ceiling fans for replacement. The community association manages the neighborhood pool gate, and they are actively working on that repair. Thank you again for being great guests. We would love to host you on Seabrook Island again in the future.

This was a clean and well-appointed stay. Our bed (primary) was very comfortable. We appreciated having access to the wagon to be able to take it to the beach with fire-making supplies for our bonfire. We also enjoyed use of the beach chairs. We cooked a lot so only constructive criticism is that the kitchen supplies could use some updating (replace old teflon cookware with non-teflon cookware, add more sets of silverware). Also, it is disappointing that renters can not use the wood burning fireplace. I do understand why but it is just disappointing because it would have added a lot to the winter beach ambiance. This was a lovely spot! Thank you!

We are so happy you enjoyed the beach bonfires—using the wagon to haul supplies down there is such a great pro-tip, and a wonderful way to get that fire ambiance since the indoor fireplace is unavailable! We sincerely appreciate your feedback on the kitchen supplies; we are planning to refresh the cookware and add more silverware based on your suggestion to make sure the kitchen is ready for serious cooking. Wonderful condo for a family of four. Spacious enough, clean and with bathrooms to spare. The location is the primary draw - Seabrook is a charming quiet beach town with enough amenities that you never have to leave and get in your car. The communication from the rental office was very clear, helpful and constant.
