This cozy farm house in Leeds is perfect for your family vacation to explore and hike at many state and National Parks in Utah. Our home is close to Zion national Park, Red Cliffs National Park, Quail Creek State Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and more. For rodeo goers, we are just minutes from the Washington County Fairgrounds with plenty of space to park your horse or toy trailer. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, a full kitchen, dining room, living room and 2 full bathrooms, this adorable property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Relax on a starry night on the patio in the spacious back yard while you roast hotdogs around the fire-pit. Enjoy all that Leeds has to offer when you stay and play at our place.

Our family loves the little town of Leeds! We have over 100 years of family farm and ranching here. We still currently raise quarter horses, cattle and farm animals.

Our family has resided in Leeds for decades and love the beauties that surround it. They’re also places to ride horses, motorcycles, bicycles, go hiking and exploring very close to home.

Our cozy home is easy access right off of I 15 with plenty of space for parking horse or toy trailers while you stay. It’s a place where you can be close to many things to do and see, yet can enjoy the calm and peaceful atmosphere of a smaller town. we will provide you with a continental breakfast, the first night of your stay, including farm fresh eggs, straight from our farm.
