Close to Amador and Lodi Wineries, Day trip to Yosemite, Tahoe or San Francisco. Ski at Kirkwood in the morning and be home in time to bbq by the pool

Three Leonbergers are the hit of our ranch. Baby Riptide, Uncle Carter and Our own Westminster Dog Show winner for her breed, Georgia love our guests and they are the hit of the stay!

Private driveway that iss gated for security and privacy

April and May are the most beautiful months with roses galore blooming everywhere. June, July, August and September are know for the large salt water pool with beach entry and acapulco deck for lounging.

This was a great location to explore Lodi wine country. The house was cozy, comfy and had all the essentials. We loved sitting on the patio enjoying the peace and quiet. The owners were great and we fell in love with their sweet dogs! We would love to return again.

What a little slice of heaven. Everything was perfect from the check in being easy, the fur babies being SO sweet, the homey and welcoming feel, the unique decor (a vintage lovers dream), the pool, the supplied kitchen, and the tranquil back porch view. We spent most of our time here out there just enjoying the view and quiet. What a gem this was and we will be recommending to everyone we know who wants to visit wine country. (Jeremy wine was fantastic and just a skip down the road- so perfect). Truly, I’m impressed. And although we would have loved to meet the owners, we literally never saw them. Yet they still made themselves available if needed. Thank you for sharing this amazing place with people.

Sweet Oasis. Well equipped kitchen, relaxing deck among the flowers. Host was welcoming and offered many good tips about things in the area. Enjoyed our short stay.

The host was fantastic dealing with a misunderstanding on check in. She was very generous with making up for the mistake. Would definitely rent from her again. Dogs are beautiful but also saw them hanging out in the pool drinking the water. That did not make me want to swim.

Haha, you nailed it—those pups think my pool’s their personal five-star water bar! Thanks for the shout-out on my hosting and for letting me fix that check-in hiccup. Seriously though, my pool’s cleaner than a whistle, with daily skimming, weekly pro-level scrub-downs, and water testing so intense it could moonlight as a science experiment. Thank you for staying with us.

No one at the gated property. No check in instructions. Arrived at 4:03 on 3/13/26 for a three-night stay. I’ve used VRBO for over twenty years and this is the first time I couldn’t access the property. Had to book overpriced Holiday Inn Express rooms because of the Wine and Chocolate Festival I was attending and a huge youth baseball tournament which kept the hotel loud all night each night. There were very unusual circumstances leading to the owner not to be available for contact but I’m out 420 for the stay and paid virtually double hotel rates by booking late of a Friday night. Years of VRBO down the drain. There is no VRBO number to call and the VRBO website tells me to contact the owner who is not available for contact.His support for this booking did not appear. This is a problem with VRBO. If the owner is not available and the room or house is not accessible, VRBO hides.

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax, and we'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

We have lived here for a long time and we love opening up our cottage for those that need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We have the perfect spot for those flying in to see family, to work, to wine taste or if you are attending a wedding. Most of guests come for the peace and quiet. Some remote work, some come to study, some come to write, others come for quality time together.

We are proud we have built a property that is beautiful and we want to share it with others..

I do have to mention the "Terrible" review from February. The individual did not have the gate code and did not make an effort to contact us. No refund was required because VRBO refunded him. We are not at the property at the time of his arrival. We would NEVER leave one of our guests stranded. We apologize that the response to him was so short, we were unaware it would be posted online. We have been a vacation rental for over ten years on another sight and we have never had this happen before. Deep regrets.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Super quiet, country life. Close to Lodi or Sutter Creek. Not to far to Murphys. We live in a sought after neighborhood and we have wonderful neighbors.

Enjoy, country roads, grapes, cherry trees, walnut trees, almond trees, horse ranches and vineyards. Close to the Clements Buckaroos Horse facility.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

20 acres with a beautiful large salt water pool, our cottage is quietly located away from our house with its own private deck and outdoor bathtub. Gas BBq. Everyone loves our dogs, the sunsets, the mornings and of course the thousands of birds that live here.
