**Phoenix V is scheduled to undergo a Balcony Door/Window Replacement and Exterior Renovation Project from September 8, 2026, through May 14, 2027, weather permitting. Guests should expect construction noise, vibration, dust, and swing stages. The outdoor pool and Splash Pad will be closed during the winter months. This unit's balcony will be completely inaccessible from 2/18/27 through 3/26/27, weather permitting. Balcony furniture will be stored inside the unit, and the balcony must remain closed until the contractor approves reopening.**

Welcome to Phoenix V 114, a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath Gulf-front condo offering 801 sq. ft. of coastal comfort and sleeping accommodations for up to 4 guests. This beautifully located unit invites you to relax, unwind, and soak in the stunning scenery of Orange Beach. Step onto your private, furnished balcony and enjoy refreshing breezes, the sound of waves rolling ashore, and unforgettable Gulf sunsets—your perfect spot for morning coffee or evening wine. Inside, you'll be welcomed by bright coastal décor and abundant natural light.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The primary bedroom offers direct access to a shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience. Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

This unit is located on the first floor—the same level as the lobby and parking area—so you'll love the convenience of parking directly in front of your door. No elevators, no waits, and easy access to the beach and pool.

When it comes to amenities, Phoenix V has something for everyone! Enjoy the beachside outdoor pool, kiddie pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, tennis court, racquetball court, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads straight to the sugar-white sand. Kids will especially love the one-of-a-kind pirate-themed splash pad, making this the perfect family-friendly getaway.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. This condo was perfect for our family of 4! The host was very responsive when needed. The only flaw we found was that the living room fan did not work. This wasn't a big deal because the room stayed cool with the AC, but i do want to make it aware. I would definitely stay here again!

Cleaners need to make sure they are cleaning under furniture. My 4 year old found an Benadryl tablet that someone must have dropped under the couch on a previous stay. Thankfully he is past the age of putting stuff in his mouth. We enjoyed our 5 night stay and our little one loved the splash pad and the pools. Parking fee is steep but we did pay the extra for the covered parking. Thankfully our room was on the first floor because waiting on the elevator took ages, we opted for the stairs 99% of the time.

Our family had a great stay here! Beautiful condo! We loved the convenience of this location and the ease of parking on the same level as the unit without sacrificing the beautiful view! I would definitely come to orange beach many more times, as for this specific condo I would not. There is a parking pass fee that was never made known to me until the day before we arrived. I can understand having a parking fee for passes but the description and even after booking the unit never told us about it. The kitchen has typical silverware and dishes but after that good luck, not even a salt or pepper shaker. We knew there was a grill but photos and listing did not share well that they were community charcoal grills so we had to make some arrangements there and our unit didn’t have a single grilling tool. The photos this unit displayed were deceptive. While the photos do show the two pavilion roofs in the photo they angled it perfectly to hide that they are actually directly in front of the view when sitting on the patio. Along with those cutting up the beautiful view of the beach, you are so close in proximity to the pool/pavilion that there isn’t much privacy when on the patio, especially the evenings when you just want to quietly listen to the Gulf, you have to listen to the late night swimmers. You also are rationed on tp, dish soap, paper towels and they don’t even supply tissues. It isn’t until your check in email that you get only 1tp per bathroom, 1 garbage bag per can,etc. Thankfully we are able to skimp by and didn have to go buy more. It just wouldve been nice rto be more aware of what to prepare for. Rating this condo 3/10. Outdated and limited supplies.

We would like to clarify a couple of points for future guests. Our listing clearly states that parking is not included with the rental and that parking passes must be purchased separately. The listing also explains the starter supplies provided with the property. Our housekeeping company provides one round of each item. These items are intended as a starter supply, and guests are advised to bring or purchase additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Items such as salt, pepper, tissues, and other food or personal-use products are not included. We’re sorry the location of the pavilion roofs and proximity to the pool were not what you expected. The listing photos are intended to accurately represent the condo and its views, including the pavilion roofs visible from the balcony. We also appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen and grilling utensils and will share those suggestions with the property owner. Thank you again for your feedback. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Myself, my husband and our 4 year old shared the king bed while our 7 month old slept in his pack n play which was able to fit on the side of the bed. Accessing the beach was so easy. Parking right by our condo door was a major plus!! I didn’t realize until we were there that first floor doesn’t mean ground floor! However, this turned out to be a pro for us because unloading/loading the car was much easier! When we arrived at 4:40 pm, the cleaning staff was still on site. Check in was at 4 pm. She was very kind and stated the guests before us left the balcony doors open and a mess so I appreciate her staying to truly give the condo a great clean instead of rushing. All in all, a great stay and great little condo! The added amenities of Phoenix V was perfect for us!

Overall a wonderful vacation. The room was nice and clean, you could tell it was an older condo but overall nice. One thing is that the comforter on the bed is basically a sheet so if you’re cold natured like me, you’ll need blankets. Overall though, I would recommend and would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect size for 2 adults and a toddler. The Phoenix V was almost completely booked for the holiday weekend, but it never seemed overcrowded at the pool, splash pad, or beach. This first floor unit was great because we didn’t need to take the elevators. You have to go to the basement level to get to beach and pool, but from this unit you can just walk around the corner.Something to note, this unit has a shower only, no tub. Not a problem, just something to be aware of when booking.We will definitely stay here again!

Overall great but..

While overall the stay was great and accommodating, there was some odd things to happen. The stove was on when we arrived which could have been ugly seeing as there were two young children staying. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty. My 7 year old was drinking out of a cup that had lipstick on the rim still from a previous visitor and the dishwasher didn't work (which is fine, hand washing dishes is no big deal). Again overall the stay was great and the owners were quick to reply whenever I reached out about something. Would def visit the Phoenix V again.

The condo was very clean. Loved the same level parking near door. It had a nice view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. It was perfect for the two of us.

My husband and I stayed with our two young kids and found the space to be just what we needed. It was clean , well air conditioned and we loved that it was on the first floor. The ocean view was magnificent- perfect for waking up, drinking coffee, and listening to the ocean waves. My kids especially loved the splash pad and pirate ship slide. The beach was not a far walk from our room and there were lots of hoses to spray off the sand. They did a nice job keeping the lobby and bathrooms clean, especially with all the beach sand and water being brought in. It was a busy hotel with young kids and I’d definitely recommend it to any young family!
