The space features a full kitchen, stylish furnishings, and thoughtful touches throughout. Whether you're working remotely or exploring the city with friends and family, you’ll love coming home to this clean, comfortable, and contemporary space. EV charging included for your convenience.
The space
Enjoy the cozy Costera Suite, located in the quiet Broadview neighborhood in Seattle. Only a short 20 minutes drive away from Downtown Seattle, and 10 minutes from Ballard and Fremont. This unit boasts a modern interior, huge backyard, patio, full AC/heat throughout the house, and EV charging for your electric car.
Main floor
Full kitchen, along with cooking utensils are provided. The sofa can be converted into a bed to host an additional person
Top floor
The main bedroom is equipped with a dedicated working space, and have direct access to a patio overlooking the beautiful PNW view
The second bedroom also has beautiful ocean view and plenty of natural light
The bathroom is equipped with rain shower and all the amenities you need
Pets are allowed with advance notice.
