This was a wonderful condo. Easy access to other places on the Cape. The owners went the extra mile with personal touches. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this rental. It was the perfect set up for a long weekend away and our last family trip of the summer. The two bedroom/bath set up with laundry and full kitchen allowed us to settle in and enjoy many sites located nearby. We had a great stay!

This apartment was spotless, well-appointed, and conveniently located. When we asked about heating the space, they were immediately responsive and helpful. We loved our week in Brewster!

This was the perfect spot for a vacation in Cape Cod! The unit was very clean and the check-in process was seamless. Their communication was great as well. All of the other hotels in the area were incredibly expensive, so this was the perfect alternative for a more affordable stay. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Excellent experience. Our host was responsive and helpful with great communication before our arrival. The check in process was smooth and easy to navigate. The unit was clean and well decorated and supplied. The location and facilities were exactly what we needed for an extended long weekend at the Cape. Additional access to the Golf Course and member amenities was an added bonus and worth the additional charges. We would definitely stay with his host again.

Had a great stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had a few questions about the resort amenities leading up to our stay, and the host was super helpful and communicative. The condo was comfortable and great for our family. We would definitely stay again.

216 Eaton was the perfect place for our family to vacation - we were there for 5 weeks. The kitchen was very well appointed - we cooked in quite a bit, but there was also a grill when we needed to grill. Our host was very attentive addressing any issues we had immediately. Overall, the unit was clean upon our arrival, comfortable for our stay and a great location to explore the entire Cape. Thank you, Andy for our wonderful time on the Cape this year!

We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The decor was lovely. We didn’t really take advantage of any amenities such as golf, pool or restaurants so can’t comment on those. The overall community property was very nice. I had very good communication with the property owners prior to and during our stay.

We absolutely loved this place! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. The apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer made our stay so convenient. It was not only clean but also aesthetically very pleasing. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent, very accommodating Host. Location is great and we especially liked that it’s located on the ground floor, for easy unloading and loading. We have an 11 month old baby, so we came loaded with car seat/stroller, portable crib, bath tub, books, stuffed animals and more. Also, we were here to visit with my 87 year old father who now needs a walker and he really appreciated appreciated the single floor layout. Excellent Stay.

This property was beautifully updated, clean, comfortable and in the prefect location for our short trip to Brewster. The unit had everything we needed and more. The host was gracious and was always reachable. We loved our time!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ocean Edge Resort, with bike rides to Cobies directly from the Ocean Edge condo to the Rail Trail to lobster rolls. The Lynx is wonderful for a drink at the bar and dinner at the restaurant. The condo itself had plenty of room, great wifi for working remotely and lovely neighbors. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very responsive to any questions about the condo or facilities.

The unit was excellent with everything you could possible need for your stay. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook or BBQ. The unit was very clean and very comfortable. The location was great for traveling up and down the coast. We didn't make use of the pool or golf course but plan to in the next visit. I would highly recommend staying here. the area is beautiful. The only thing that would have been a little better is if there were more bath towels and wash cloths to use even though there is a washer and dryer available.

Comfortable and Renovated Property

My family stayed here for 3 nights. The unit is nicely updated and conveniently located on the Ocean Edge Resort’s satellite property where the golf course, pools, and some other amenities are located. It’s a short 5 minute drive to the main lodge which has a great front lawn for families. The unit had a significant ant issue that was manageable but would have been a problem if we were staying there for a longer stretch. The owners were very responsive for other question or issues we had.

We had a wonderful stay at this Brewster condo! It was the perfect size for our family of four and was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including cookware, a washer/dryer, and plenty of beach and bath towels.The location was ideal for exploring Cape Cod. We especially loved spending a day at Mayflower Beach in nearby Dennis, and we also enjoyed visiting Coast Guard Beach, Chatham, Provincetown, and even took a day trip to Boston. Brewster itself is such a picturesque town, and we loved coming back to the condo after each day's adventures.The condo was a great home base for exploring the Cape!
