Quiet 3BR Home in South Scottsdale – Pool, Pet Friendly, Near Tempe & Old Town

Thank you for the feedback and for staying with us. We’ve replaced the coffee pot and will also take another look at the shower, although it appeared to be functioning normally during our inspection. Garbage is picked up weekly, but depending on timing before pickup the bin can occasionally fill up between services. We appreciate the additional feedback as well. The backyard is a desert landscape, and cactus are very common throughout Arizona. My own pets have never had any issues in the space, though we understand every pet owner has different comfort levels. The home is designed to comfortably accommodate families and small groups, though it is not set up for hosting large parties or events. Our goal is to provide everything needed for a comfortable stay, and we appreciate the suggestions for improvement.

I appreciate you pointing out the areas that needed attention. The rugs are professionally cleaned on a regular schedule, and following your stay I had them cleaned again. I also replaced the living room couch after discovering it had structural issues and replenished the kitchen towels to ensure a better experience for future guests.
