Enjoy the charm of Canmore in our spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit at Rundle Cliff! This inviting retreat has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area. You’ll love spending time on the two patios, taking in the breathtaking mountain views. It's the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing getaway!

❃LIVING AREA ❃
Our inviting living area includes a comfortable sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements, a TV, a fireplace, and access to one of the private patio areas in the unit. This space is ideal for relaxing and unwinding after a day of adventures.

❃ BEDROOMS ❃
-Bedroom 1: This room features a king-sized bed with linens, fluffy pillows, bedside tables with lamps, a dresser, an ensuite bathroom, and access to the patio area.
-Bedroom 2: This room features a queen-sized bed with linens, fluffy pillows, a bedside table with a lamp, a closet, and access to the patio area.
-Bedroom 3: This room features a queen over queen bunk bed with a twin-sized pull-out bed, linens, fluffy pillows, a bedside table, a dresser, and access to the patio area.

-Bathroom 1 (ensuite bathroom): Features a hot/cold shower with a separate bathtub, toilet, vanity area, and storage under the sink.
-Bathroom 2: Features a hot/cold shower, toilet, vanity area, and storage under the sink.

Our bathroom is fully stocked with essentials and is equipped with a shower-bath tub combination, toilet, mirror, and vanity area with storage space. Bathroom essentials such as fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper are provided during the stay. If you need more, let us know so we can coordinate and arrange it.

Enjoy cooking and dining with ease in the modern, fully equipped kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, a spacious countertop, and all the essential dinnerware and cutlery. The dining table, accommodating six guests, has a combination of dining chairs and a bench, while the bar countertop offers additional seating for four.

❃SHARED AMENITIES ❃

The complex offers great amenities to enhance your stay! Relax in the shared outdoor hot tub, surrounded by beautiful scenery, or stay active in the on-site fitness room.

Here are the resort's rules for HOT TUB use:
1. From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM it is first come, first serve, no booking required.
2. From 5:00 PM and 9:30 PM, you will need to book an appointment for the hot tub usage. A maximum of 30 minutes of usage is allowed per appointment. Each reservation is allowed to book only one time slot per day.
3. Time slots can be reserved up to three days in advance. Set up your time slot if you would like to use the hot tub. (We will send you the link)
4. Once the time slot is booked, take a screenshot for your reference. Please be aware that you can only enter the Hot Tub Room during your appointment time. You shall not use the hot tub during any other time slot for any reason, even to just have a look in. Fines up to $300CAD might apply if this rule is not followed.

Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 11 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
