Beautiful view, not efficient for 10 guests

There were many maintenance oversights at the property. A broken kitchen light fixture, guest bathroom shower handle did not work so showers were impossible with only one available. The AC was not evenly distributed throughout the house, all the rooms were hot. There were ants everywhere in the house. Location is close to restaurants and beach but the overall stay was subpar. 10 females and 2 showers with one that wasn’t able to turn on was a huge issue for our weekend. I hope you take these items into consideration for your next guest. Also- all the bathroom outlets shorted out while we were trying to get ready. Also- not enough towels!!!

This house was great for the weekend! I rented it for my bachelorette trip. I had 13 people staying. I feel that the house was spacious enough for all of us. The pool was a great temperature and clean! The only concerns we had were with the supplies of the house and the air flow. If you are staying here, make sure to bring your own bath towels and cloths. There are only two showers in the entire house. It was bit of a struggle with 13 of us. The airflow in the front of the house was not circulating so it was very hot at night. There was also minimum toilet paper, kitchen supplies (pans, baking sheets, coffee mugs), and kitchen basics (salt and pepper, coffee, and dish soap) we woke up on the second day and found a small Keurig with no coffee pods. **BE AWARE that multiple maintenance men could come by without warning. The first man was changing the pool light. I did receive word from the owner after he already arrived. He came in the morning while we were having breakfast. The second man came right before check out to check on the sprinkler system. He startled some of us as we were cleaning up to leave. All in all, it was a good stay. The house was just bare bones as far as the kitchen and bathrooms.

Priscilla was such a considerate guest. They were easy to communicate with, very tidy, and left the place just as they found it. We’d be delighted to host them again.
