Cabin is really nice. Great location. Semi secluded but the neighboring cabins were quiet. Some updated pictures need to be done. The fire pit does not have that seating. It’s just benches. Would have been nice to know, we would have brought other chairs. The toilet in the full bath isn’t bolted down and wobbles bad. Some cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. Simple stuff that can easily be fixed. Communication with company nice. There is a nice gas grill. The hot tub was nice. Beds were comfy. My kids like the secret beds upstairs

No Wifi the Whole Time

Not what we were expecting. My one family vacation a year event and it really stressed me out to the point I had anexity the whole time. The wifi did not work at all the whole time we were there. I communicated the issue and it was not resolved. Having to drive out of cabin just to use your phone to check where to take the family out too was not a pleasant experience. I was honestly hoping for some sort of discount for the inconvenience but none was offered. The A/C went out on the last day there but that was fixed that same night I was highly thankful for that.

Filthy& Extremely Hot

Me and my family spent the entire stay in extreme hit temperature 82 degrees and the places was filthy dishes dirty and sticky, the pull sofa mattress was filthy full of food crumbs, dog food and candy and there was bloody stains all over the mattress and only offers to put a sheet cover over the stains no has contacted me in regards the complaints the last night stay you all wait until after 9pm for a tech to look at the a/c issues I am not happy with our overall experience waste of money

Great Spot

Great little spot and location. Not too far from all the main attractions. Not ideal for electric car. There was not an outside plug close to the car that worked. My 2 cents to the owner - The home needs some serious deep cleaning and dusting. The sheets and comforters need a deep wash too. However, overall we had a lovely stay.

Great property

The cabin was in very good shape and really comfortable for me and my 2 adult kids. I really appreciated the ease of check-in and check-out.

Bears!

Cabin was very nice. We loved the wraparound porch, loft game room and fire pit. Really excited to see bears three times from the porch looking down the hill. Would recommend the cabin for your next stay.

Tennessee Get Away

This location needs to take some time to do some cleaning! There was still crumbs on the floor in the corners of the rooms. And the more you looked around and started looking in the cupboards, there was left over trash and wrappers left behind. The pull out couch was littered with crumbs and food wrappers.

Weekend with Friends

We had a great time at the cabin. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. Our a/c was not working when we arrived. We called the office and we had someone fixing it that night. The fire pit was great and the cabin was scenic, comfortable, and quiet. Also the location was good with 20-30 minute drives to Pigeon Forge and the Smokies. It was the perfect place to stay.

The house was not bad, it needs a deep cleaning. We got the rest we needed on our quick trip to Dollywood.

The cabin itself was nice, needs maintenance for sure like the bathroom door didn’t lock for privacy, spiders webs were terrible all over the place, windows and floors were super dusty and nasty. I don’t think anybody has been cleaning there for years. This cabin needs for TCL for sure and I think the should care more about Customers being comfortable and happy enjoying vacation instead of worrying about spiders being somewhere dirty.

Cozy Cabin

Great place to stay with friends or even a family!! We spent hours playing pool and enjoying the hot tub outside! The king size bed was super comfortable! If you are thinking about getting in the jetted tub the hot tub is definitely the better choice, there was not enough hot water to fill the jetted tub up to be enjoyable! Also the pictures do not show construction is happening across from the cabin so it did get a bit loud in the daytime. But the place was lovely and cozy definitely would stay again!!!

Not the cleanest

We enjoyed our stay, however the property needs a thorough cleaning and minor repairs. There was cob webs and dust in all areas and the floors were dirty. There was something splattered on the wall in the bathroom near the trash can. Several door knobs were loose and falling off and did not lock.

There was pros and cons to this property. Overall it is a cute cabin and suites our needs. The cleanliness of the cabin however was something to be desired- the floors were dirty- cob webs all over- there stuff in the tub. The tub did not drain very well at all- no I never contacted the property manager though. I would recommend again if they would clean it much better! The mindful of the driveway when booking - it is very steep and there is a pot hole that we kept hitting bc it was soo dark. The lighting outside was very minimal.

Charming.

The check-in process was seamless. The management team was quick to respond. The cabin is dated and needs a few repairs, but overall the cabin provided a safe place for my family and me.

Family Weekend

This is a cute cabin in need of a little love. The pictures are pretty accurate as far as the layout. There were 7 of us staying in the cabin, but it would have slept 10 easily. The porch is lovely and the men in our group enjoyed the firepit. The property managers were very responsive to all concerns and feedback. As I mentioned before, it is a cute little cabin in need of some love and tlc. We are not picky people and were easily able to overlook some things that others may find off-putting (cobwebs, wear & tear, etc.).

Somewhat disappointed

Overall our stay was ok... Our cabin had enough space for our family of 5. There are a few opportunities to make this cabin better: there were cob webs throughout the cabin, broken tile in the master bathroom, outside swing was broken, outside trash in can was not picked up which created a bad smell when parking on the driveway.
