This beautiful home offers a spacious open-concept design, perfect for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Accordion doors and windows open up the main living area to the outside, creating a breezy, connected atmosphere. The large kitchen features a central island with bar seating, ideal for casual dining and entertaining. The vaulted living room boasts a cozy fireplace and a piano, all open to the kitchen for an inviting communal space.
There are two queen bedrooms and a primary suite, which includes a luxurious ensuite with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and direct access through French doors. Direct access to a private patio with a hot tub from primary suite. Additional baths include a full bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower, and a convenient half bath located downstairs.
Upstairs, a charming sleeping loft features two trundle daybeds with four twin mattresses, perfect for kids or additional guests.

We chose the home because of its excellent location. Our home at 871 Fairway View Drive is just minutes away from Autzen Stadium, which makes it incredibly convenient for attending games and university events. Additionally, the area offers easy access to local eateries and convenience stores, making day-to-day living both comfortable and efficient. The combination of a strong academic environment and a well-situated, vibrant community made this home an easy choice for us.
