A Northend Retreat: This is a 2-year-old, 1st-floor 3BR/2BA that is airy, modern, and comfortable.
Nestled in Ocean City’s Northend neighborhood, just a 9-minute walk to the beach, enjoy a bright living area with high ceilings and a modern, fully loaded kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The great room has plenty of seating - a comfortable place to hang out and enjoy!
Also, we have a porch with cozy seating and a small fire pit for chilly nights.

questa casa vacanze vanta una posizione strategica a Ocean City, in North End, un'area con parchi a tema nelle vicinanze e sul mare. Boardwalk Hall e Borgata Event Center sono due delle principali attrazioni culturali della zona. Per gli amanti dello shopping, invece, due tappe assolutamente da non perdere sono Passerella di Ocean City e Lungomare Atlantic City Boardwalk. Stadio Bader Field è un'ottima meta per una serata fuori, e anche OC Waterpark è una buona destinazione, se viaggi con dei bambini. Grazie ad attività come moto d'acqua, parasailing e motonautica nelle vicinanze, divertirsi in acqua non sarà certo difficile!

We bought our wonderful home two years ago, but due to work and family commitments, we can't live in Ocean City. We wanted to share our love for this place with others. We take great pride in providing you with a cozy and clean vacation home in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to the beach, bay, downtown, and surrounded by great restaurants.

It is located in the desirable Northend of Ocean City, which is quiet yet easily accessible to the beach, boardwalk, and bay. We are surrounded by some fantastic restaurants, including Island Grill, Doozie’s Place, and Express Pizza.

It is a new construction, and what is unique is that it is an off-the-street property with a professionally landscaped fenced yard.
