Welcome to Georgetown Greens, a custom-built, single-level retreat in beautiful Georgetown Royalty, located at the eastern tip of PEI. This peaceful getaway features a spacious deck with cozy furniture, a BBQ area, and a shaded gazebo—perfect for relaxing summer days. Just a short stroll down the lane leads to a quiet, secluded sandy beach.
Inside, the home offers a bright, open-concept layout. The fully equipped kitchen with island seating flows into a dining area for six and a comfy living room with a large sectional and flat-screen TV for cozy evenings in. The entryway includes a laundry area, generous storage, and a pantry.
Down the hall, you'll find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, two guest bedrooms with queen beds, and a spacious primary bedroom with its own ensuite.
Only minutes away from Dundarave and Brudenell golf courses and the charming town of Georgetown, where you'll find local dining, artisan shops, a bakery, and the historic Kings Playhouse theatre.
