This property was in the perfect location for us and the views were beautiful. Our host was very kind and responded with the smallest request. The kitchen is set up for the largest meals and wanted for nothing. Everyone enjoyed their room and master bed was the most comfortable. The park was so close and walkable and the hiking trails were perfect for everyone that wanted some exercise and enjoy the outdoors. Jay thank you for sharing your home.

This was an absolutely beautiful home and an incredible place to stay. The neighborhood was fantastic—quiet, scenic, and with amazing views that really made the experience special. The house itself was spacious, well-equipped with everything we needed, and exceptionally clean. On top of that, communication with the owner was smooth and easy from start to finish, which made the whole process stress-free. If I ever find myself back in Albuquerque, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This property is in an ideal location for our family trip to the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. Our children, their spouses and our grandchildren enjoyed the ability to hike the nearby trails in the Sandia foothills.

Fantastic location! Allowed us to visit family in the area and take numerous walks/hikes by the nearby trails. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze.

Amazing stay

This home was the perfect place for our extended family trip to ABQ. We loved the amount of space and neighborhood. The host was super responsive and we loved its central location in ABQ - it was an easy drive to the Balloon Fiesta.

Beautiful spacious home located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is clean and the furnishings are very comfortable with plenty of seating for a large family. The kitchen is very well equipped to accommodate meal prep and cooking. Incredible views of the Sandias looking out from the front windows. Highly recommend the house and this host to anyone visiting this area.

Excellent!

Very nice home in a great neighborhood. It was perfect for our needs for a family event in Albuquerque. Loved the patios on both sides of the house. The close proximity to the foothills for hiking and the park for the kids was wonderful!

Comfortable and well equipped

My family enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and attractively furnished house while visiting with relatives who live in the area. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. I would be happy to stay here again.

The perfect spot

This house was perfect for four of us, but could easily have accommodated more guests. The feel of the place was so comfortable and clean, we felt right at home. The well appointed kitchen made meal prep super easy. This place has it all and it’s located in a very quiet neighborhood. The next time we play in an Albuquerque tournament, we won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect getaway in Albuquerque

The location of this property is conveniently located near downtown Albuquerque and Santa Fe which made it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Also, there are a lot of trails you can walk to. The views from the property are great, from the front of the property you see the Sandia Mountains and the back of the property you can see downtown...really nice view at night. The property owner Jay was very generous, he worked with me on rescheduling my reservation and at the last minute we decided to stay an extra day. Overall, my stay at this property was everything I could have hoped for and more. The combination of the perfect location and excellent accommodations made for a truly relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a getaway.

Great layout and location, could use updates

The property had a great layout, lots of space, and a big yard. There were a handful of broken or worn down fixtures and hardware, and it could have been more thoroughly cleaned between guests. The yard had lots of tall weeds, which made it harder to play in and enjoy. The house is in a great location and very close to the trails, and the host was easy to communicate with.

We love our home and always want it perfect for our guests. Our lawn has been recently totally reseeded and we have been attempting to allow the new growth to take hold and prosper, therefore the height has had to increase. We also have a wonderful hard working cleaning staff that has been perfect. So we are very sorry for your issues and hope to always get better in out hosting efforts.

Albuquerque get away

House was in a beautiful area, we enjoyed sitting on the front porch looking at the mountains. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Comfortable beds, Plenty of towels, nice to have garage to park in. There was no shampoo, conditioner or soap for shower, we had to go buy some and left there for future renters. Just a heads up to bring your own or buy some at the store. Everyone enjoyed their stay in the house. Thank you.

Visit for wedding

We agree with all the positive reviews but we were without a functioning dish washer for almost the entire week. So, there are some maintenance issues that the owner should be aware of. The neighbor’s barking dog in the middle of the night wasn’t too welcome! But the owner is very nice and we would likely stay there again.

Kitchen very well furnished. I missed a message the host sent about the garage code. I kept trying the old code. Host did return call. Would suggest removing maintenance person from house info. Host left bags of ice in freezer since ice maker wasn’t working. Thanks!! Beautiful home. Lots of steps, a little difficult for older people, might include a little more detail in description. Host very responsive prior to and during our stay!

Picture didn't do it justice

I thought the pictures of the home were beautiful but they didn't do it true justice. Beautiful home, beautiful area. I recommend starting the day out on the Master Bedroom covered patio with coffee and a danish. Truly relaxing. That is if you can even get out of the made for royalty beds. Three families came together to celebrate college graduations and the home was more than accommodating for everyone. Everything we needed we found, from air mattress to bottle openers. Thank you for the opportunity. Will definitely request a stay next time we are in the Albuquerque area.

A place for all and a space for all.

With ages 79 to 12, we had doubts about a the week for a wedding running smoothly in a small house. But, with multiple outdoor spaces for group seatings, a dinning table that fit all 8, an outdoor dining area plus two living areas and 4 bedrooms there was room for all to retreat from the rest and not feel cramped. Plenty of cooking utensils to save 8 from having to go to breakfast, lunch or dinner and wait for space. . The younger generations were interested in hiking and the location was perfect for such activities. This crowd all from the hot humid Deep South plan to return again to this VRBO for this location leads to multiple adventures and has room for their large family. The beds are exception for a vacation rental. A good night sleep on great beds will bring this group back. Unfortunately, the 2 young men in tall sizes ended up in the twin beds. The one 6'8' is lobbying for XL twins when those wear out. I definitely recommend this VRBO for large families, hiking enthusiast and those who like to cook.
Two car garage a plus to get vehicles out of the heat and the best entrance.
A 21 year kid retreat the sunken Den below the kitchen. This was his favorite retreat
Neighborhood park, a short walk away, was perfect for the 75 plus adults. While the young hiked to the Crest the elders enjoyed the peaceful park.
