Il nostro piccolo gioiello è stato completamente ristrutturato nel giugno 2015, cucina completamente attrezzata con granito 2 peluche Memory Foam letti queen size con letti di design di lusso, burro morbido divano in pelle e reclinabile, Aqua & Gray interni, Plank Porcelain Tile forniscono un'esperienza molto tranquillo. Bagno privato con piastrelle personalizzate cabina doccia, Tutta la biancheria inclusa, grande TV a schermo piatto / lettore DVD, cavo, grande camminata in armadio, oversize Patio & propano Grill, mobili da giardino, e Vista Di Alberi Grounds, condominio fronte del Golfo con acque verde smeraldo , e la sabbia bianca di zucchero. Ci si trovano nel cuore di Panama City Beach. Siamo al piano terra, con vista paesaggistico, un facile accesso al parcheggio, si dispone di 2 terrazze di questa unità al piano terra; un facile accesso a tutto e nessuna attesa su ascensori! Siamo un grattacielo del Golfo-front situato a 8817 South Thomas Drive; unità 104. I nostri condomini sono Gulf-Front, senza strade da attraversare, Tutto quello che vedete è bella sabbia bianca e acque verde smeraldo. Gestiamo anche la nostra unità. Le foto che sono pubblicate sono le immagini reali della nostra unità 104. Facile controllo comprende a ricevere un codice per l'ingresso al gruppo, una volta che il pagamento è stato effettuato.

Top of the Gulf è un condominio privato con la sua propria sicurezza, 2 piscine, snack bar di stagione e una breve passeggiata sul lungomare alla spiaggia. Siamo situati a pochi passi da Club Lavela, Spinakers, Pier Park, Ananas Willies. Altri vicina, attività acquatiche includono lo sci d'acqua, pesca charter-boat, parasailing, kayak e Noleggio scooter / biciclette. Pier Park è di circa 6 miglia di distanza, e dispone di ristoranti, negozi di specialità, parco divertimenti, cinema, e molto altro ancora!

This was our second time visiting this exact property and really enjoyed it! Having chair rentals as part of the condo rental is so wonderful to not have to worry with bringing our own! We’ll absolutely return to this property in the future!

The condo was very clean, very cutely decorated. The host was very easy to work with and everything we needed was there: plenty of paper products, amenities, great location close to the lobby and close to the beach and pool. I would definitely rent from her again.

The room was pretty clean for the most part. The floors were a little dirty but everything else was clean. The biggest issue we had was the room smelling strongly of mold. No matter what we did, the smell never went away. The location of the room in the building was very convenient since it was in the first floor. The only negative to that is that you don’t have a view of the beach from the room. The host communicated very well and was easy to reach.

Thank you for your review, the ac had been temporarily shut down due to cooling tower issue. I do have a shark air purifier in my unit, this is not a normal issue for us. I apologize for the temporary smell. I strive to have everything perfect for my guests.

Amazing place to stay! Awesome location! Pool is great and it is such a short walk to beach from room! Being on first floor makes it super convenient. Would definitely recommend others to stay in this unit.

Lovely weekend getaway

We loved staying in this condo. The convenience of being on the 1st floor was great. The room was decorated so nice and beds were very comfortable. Pool area was also really great. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect space and location on property for a mom and her three kids. The space was plenty, kitchen has everything we needed, and location to pool and beach could not be beat! The kids and I already are thinking we should go back next summer!

The room was great location to the pool and beach. The room was clean and updated. Communication with the owner was great as well as Terri at the front desk. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a quiet friendly place to stay.

Great Place!

We went from a Fri-Mon and it was the perfect size condo for the 2 of us! The location is so close to the entrance of the building & and the access to the pool area. The added benefit of having chairs and an umbrella as part of the rental was amazing too….. saved money and saved us from having to bring our own chairs. My friend and I have already discussed that we would be HAPPY to rent this place again!

**Location and Detail**

The attention to detail on this room is second to none. The room was absolutely stunning and had all we needed. The beds were so cozy!!! We really enjoyed the beach chairs that were provided. The resort has a location where floats are left for guest to use which I thought was an excellent idea. My daughters loved it and we would love to come back again.

Good stay

My husband and I had a quick getaway at this condo. Melanie is a great communicator. The smell of "old" in the condo is a little off putting. A couple of the small appliances were not clean. It is conveniently located to the pool and easy access to the beach. The lounge chairs are a plus when renting this condo. Parking is good and convenient. We would stay here again.

The room was nice and the owner was great to work with. The actual property management staff however has a lot to learn about how to provide customer service the their clients! We met some really nice people from other states, and all in all had a good time. Will consider going back there again.

Great Condo!!

We loved this condo and had a great experience staying in it. We love that it was on the first floor because you did not have to wait for the elevator. Even though this unit did not have beach views, there are plenty of viewing areas available for anyone to use at any time of the day. The inside of the condo was very clean and decorated very nicely-you can tell the owner really cares about the unit. I would make a bet that this condo is nicest and comfiest unit at Top of the Gulf. The shower was AWESOME and has a great shower head that makes it nice after being at the beach all day.The beds were super comfy which is hard to come by when traveling. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Panama City Beach was an awesome vacation itself but having a nice room to go back to made it a perfect vacation!

Enjoyed the chairs

Overall, disappointed in the condo. I've never seen a smaller bathroom. Condo could use a good cleaning. I have pictures of mold on the walls and other places. Could use a little TLC. The room itself and the décor was nice. Fan over the bed only had slow speed. Had everything we needed in the condo for a pleasant stay (big closet, pots, pans, towels, etc.) Pool area was great and close to the beach. Mentioned that there was no view of the beach. I'd assumed from the pictures, that the wall by the pool just blocked the view since we were on the ground floor. Come to find out we had a view of the parking lot. I have about seven pictures I would include if it let me.
