We were at the property for approx 2 weeks doing some work locally. The property was clean, well kept, and exactly as listed. Minor cosmetic damage to some surfaces possibly from other visitors should be expected. Access to most of the drawers/ storage will be inaccessible for basic replacement items like trash bags, paper towels, and host approved cleaning supplies. Most of the driveway is blocked with another vehicle but 2 vehicles can still fit in the open area. But overall it was a very nice place and seems to be kept clean and tidy,

Like any well-loved vacation home, a couple of surfaces that have experienced minor cosmetic wear are the result of wear and damage from previous guests' stays. We make every effort to restore and maintain these items as best as possible, so that our home remains comfortable and inviting to everyone. Some drawers and cabinets are intentionally secured and made inaccessible to prevent further damage and help preserve the furniture and furnishings for the enjoyment of future guests. A portion of the driveway is secured for the owner's use; however, it does not obstruct guest parking. Guests have access to half of the driveway, which comfortably accommodates two vehicles, with additional off-street parking available for any additional vehicles. We understand that the little details matter, and we continually strive to maintain our home and make each guest's stay enjoyable. We appreciate feedback from our guests and remain committed to maintaining LUX NOLA HAVEN and providing a welcoming, comfortable stay for everyone who chooses our property.

I absolutely love this place! It’s my second time staying here while visiting Nola. The property is amazing, very spacious and inviting. I feel right at home every time I’m here. The decor is very beautiful and well thought out. I particularly love the high ceilings, fans and chandeliers. The neighborhood is quiet an oasis away from tourists attractions. However still close enough to everything. Communication is good with host! Just make sure to read the fine details! I will definitely book this property again!

I vacationed at this property for a week while visiting New Orleans for my birthday trip. The house was amazing! I especially liked how spacious the place is and how well kept everything was. Just enough room for 3 people! I like that the bathrooms were all beautiful and the separate tubs and showers! Host was accommodating about certain questions I had pertaining to my stay. I liked that the place was close to all attractions but far away enough that we didn't have to worry about the hustle and bustle of things when we just wanted to relax. I loved the size of the master suite. Although my son said the beds in the other rooms were a little small. I think the only thing the place is missing is a hot tub possibly in the backyard! Although there was a lot of space things were not as accessible such as closets or drawer space. Some doors were locked and drawers were taped meaning no access. I assume this is because the owners live in the space partially throughout the year. Not a big issue but when staying for a week or longer I would have appreciated more space to hang up my things or put things away. I would also suggest getting insurance just incase any property damage occurs. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much! Beautiful place!

The property was very clean and the location was very close to the festival. I was also in close proximity to my relatives home. All of the appliances worked and the layout of the home was awesome. The host was very friendly and responsive. I texted her about the water was cold and she responded immediately to walk me through the operations to fix the problem.
