My family of 4 plus my mom stayed in this home and visited Page, AZ, Zion, and Bryce! It was a great centralized location for all. The house was immaculately clean, plenty to do in the house, and the host was VERY responsive to the questions I had! There was several places to eat in town also!

Great home for a base camp to visit Kanab and surrounding areas

Lovely home just off the main highway. Great for a family and close to everything in town.

Great place to stay in Kanab. Hot tub was great and the rooms were big enough to enjoy. So-So stuff, the master bedroom showerhead is super high like above 6' to reach. the masterbed room bed is facing the door on the left side which makes it hard to watch TV. The couch needs to be on the oher side of the wall would be my opinion. We will be to stay again.

The house was just perfect! It was neat as a pin, spacious, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen especially with the coffee & fixings, and super clean! The hot tub added a nice touch at then end of a tiring day to relax and unwind! The little entertainment room was cute even though we didn’t use it. Great stay..

Wow, what a beautiful home to stay in! Great location, 10 minutes to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, the reason for our trip. The house is so big, clean, plenty of room for 6 adults. Kitchen was everything you could want. I was in the jacuzzi everyday for a couple of hours, loved it! Hosts were very accommodating and answered any questions right away. We will definitely be back with more friends next year!

This is a great property. The house was clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. The furnishings and overall look of the house was modern and comfortable. After hiking in the parks, the hot tub was great to use at the end if the day. It’s right off the main street, but it was quiet, even with the 3 little goat neighbors. I didn’t even realize they were there until day 2. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in Kanab.

Stayed a few nights here with my family for our vacation and it was fantastic. Check-in process was quick and easy and the house was immaculately clean on arrival.Endless amenities kept the kids and adults entertained from movies to corn hole. The hot tub was just as clean as the house and very user friendly like all of the other amenities. My kids all loved the game room too!Location relative to town was great as it was only about a 5 minute drive to food, fuel, and fun. A very comprehensive adventure guide book was also included with great recommendations for outings in the area. There is a small price to pay for ease of access to the town, and it’s the traffic noise. Outside of an occasional loud vehicle it’s completely tolerable but something worth noting.If I had to identify any areas for improvement it would be some softer mattress toppers (which is a preference thing anyways) and a better grill brush because the provided one left some weird dust on the grates. All in all, if I’m in the market for a Kanab VRBO again, this place will likely be at the top of my list.

Large, open space with lots of room for our family of 6 plus our fur baby Only suggestions, would be additional dish towels as we cooked all our dinners in the well stocked kitchen. And the hot tub had a ring at the water leveleach day when we opened it. Not sure if the filter was working correctly.

We had our family vacation there. Loved the whole house, very clean and inviting. Large kitchen was great. Main reason I booked this was for the hot tub. No disappointment there. IIt was pet friendly. Having a back yard fenced in really helped with having our doggy with us. I highly recommend staying there.
