Our family enjoyed a wonderful week in your cabin in Maggie Valley. The place was nice and clean with plenty of room for all of us. Exactly what was listed, the views are stunning, both in the morning and sunsets. Amenities were great. The location on the mountain was perfect with views and for visiting our friends up the mountain at their place. Would definately come back for a future stay. Thank you for the hospitality.

The place was very nice with beautiful views. My only advice is to add double time for the dryer to dry. It takes forever. Husband states it’s probably because the vent travels too far to the outside. Thanks for being wonderful hosts. I was very thankful for the luggage racks. That is an added touch that no other place does and it’s so nice to have!

Awesome cabin with everything you need. Beautiful views. The ramp was excellent for my handicap father to use. Absolutely enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend!!

Unfortunately it was not a good stay. We had multiple issues with the property but most importantly an issue with the property manager. We chose this property for a few specific amenities notably the hot tub, grill and fire pit. Our stay was over July 4th weekend. The propane tank ran out on July 4th with a whole dinner left to be cooked on the grill and no propane for the fire pit for smores. When I reached out to “the cabin fairy” we were met with an attitude and a really unhelpful response. She plainly stated it “wasn’t her problem” and blamed it on the propane company. The response was rude and quite frankly upsetting because that’s exactly what her role is to be a property manager and manage these sort of issues. There were a number of things she could have done to rectify the issue but rudely saying it wasn’t her problem was really frustrating. The properly also lost power the night after. We were without power for a few hours, I believe this happens frequently with the property because there’s a sheet in the binder with property info about what to do in event of a power outage. We noticed a lot of generators powered up when the power went out. Seems frequent for the area. The house is also pretty poorly stocked. There isn’t a single cutting board in the kitchen, there’s like 3 random mismatched bowls, only six dinner plates and four random mismatched wine glasses. My inlaws live in the area, we’ve rented multiple houses, won’t rent here again. Poor service and mgmt.

The management company was expecting a “retaliatory review” from these guests as they called and text - rather than message through platform - which was the red flag from the start. The manager answered several hostile calls and made every effort to appease guests. We do not list a generator in our listing. The guests then text and demanded a full refund on last evening and listed numerous issues. Unfortunately, we were not afforded the opportunity to resolve them. They then threatened a bad review if they didn’t receive their full refund - another red flag. Onward and upward.
