Welcome to The Melrose, at Silver Strand Beach. Enjoy beach living at its finest! Experience all that beach living has to offer in this quaint little beach community, which offers some of the most pristine, uncrowded beaches in all of Southern California. The Melrose is located on a quiet street, just a short 5 min stroll to Silver Strand Beach, Hobie Beach and Kiddie beach! Our beautifully curated home, offers four captivating floors of sunny, spacious living space.
The first floor:
- entryway with hall access to the garage
- one bedroom with a queen size bed
- twin bunk beds
- full en-suite bathroom
- shower with soaking tub
- smart TV
The second floor:
- a bright spacious living room
- cozy couches and smart TV
- kitchen with an open concept..perfect for entertaining!
- bedroom with a king size bed
- full en-suite bathroom
- shower with soaking tub
- smart TV
The third floor:
-master suite bedroom fully furnished
- king size bed
- gas fireplace
- smart TV
-spacious en-suite full bathroom
- stand up shower
- jetted soaking tub
- double sink with ample counter space
- yoga corner
- stairway to the rooftop deck
The fourth floor:
- large roof top deck with stunning views of the harbor and mountains
- dining table for 6
-gas grill
- gas fire pit
- patio furniture with plenty of seating for the whole group to enjoy the sunset!
2 parking spaces are provided. There is no street parking, however there is a free public parking lot, a short 4 min walk from the house.
PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE THREE SETS OF STAIRS THROUGHOUT THE HOME.
The first floor is perfect for anyone that may not be able to climb the stairs; however, in order to access the kitchen and living room you will need to climb one set of stairs.
Must be 25 years old to reserve this home.
A signed rental agreement Photo ID and refundable security deposit required in order to make reservation.We are always available by text or the Airbnb app, however we also respect your privacy and will only reach out at the start of your stay. Please don’t hesitate to reach out should you have questions or concerns throughout your stay.
