Summary:
Fabulous multi-level condo just a short drive to Texas Tech Campus and nightlife! This townhome sleeps 6 and has everything you need for a nice getaway. Both bedrooms have queen beds with a shared bathroom and the living room has a sofa bed that will sleep 2. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, and Wi-Fi is included as well. A washer and dryer are provided if you need to do laundry and the condo has central heat and air for your comfort.
The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home! This updated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhome offers a comfortable and convenient stay for couples, families, or business travelers.
The spacious master bedroom features a plush king bed, while the second bedroom includes a cozy queen bed—both outfitted with quality linens for a restful night's sleep.
Enjoy cooking or unwinding in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials for preparing a home-cooked meal—or the perfect setup for enjoying takeout.
The living room is bright and inviting, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Kick back and stream your favorite shows on the Roku-enabled TV.
A washer and dryer is also available if you should need it during your stay. Parking is easy and flexible with access to the garage, driveway, or street parking. The garage can only be opened from inside the garage.
Whether you're here for work or play, this townhome is the perfect base for your stay.

For the safety and security of our guests and our home, there are cameras overlooking the front and back entry doors and a doorbell camera that record with motion. You must be in good standing to book with us and have positive rental history and reviews. We do not rent to local Lubbock residents.
**Please do not have mail sent to this property as we do not have the mailbox keys. If you are needing something delivered from USPS, you will need to contact the local post office to make pickup arrangements.**
Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately.
This property is NOT pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. There will not be any exceptions to this policy due to the owner's severe allergies and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this.
We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense. Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of any locked cleaning closets. Please do not have mail sent to the house. It is sent to a lockbox that we do not have the key for.
The Neighborhood:
This townhome is located in Northwest Lubbock just off 4th St and Frankford Ave. There is a Wal-Mart nearby as well as many other restaurants and shopping options. The Northwest Loop is less than a mile away which will allow guests to easily get anywhere in the city. Texas Tech University is only a 5-7 minute drive away.
Getting Around:
Lubbock is a large city in terms of land size, so a vehicle is recommended for your stay. If you don't have a vehicle, you can get away with using either Uber or Lyft rideshare services.

If you have a need for a long-term stay, this property is perfect for your needs. Contact us through messaging so that we can get you the best rate and save you some money.

In the event that we must cancel your reservation, the following terms apply:
Full Refund: Guests will receive a 100% refund of any payments made toward the reservation.
No Additional Liability: Our responsibility is limited strictly to the refund of monies paid. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest as a result of the cancellation, including but not limited to alternative accommodations, transportation, or other travel-related expenses.
Best Efforts to Assist: In the event of a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative accommodations within our property network, if available, but we cannot guarantee availability or rates.
Force Majeure Clause: We reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to property damage, utility failures, natural disasters, or changes in local regulations that affect short-term rentals.
Sale of Property: In the event the property is sold prior to your scheduled stay and the new owner does not wish to honor existing bookings, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. A full refund of any payments made will be issued, but we are not liable for securing alternative accommodations or covering additional expenses.
Removal from Rental Market: We reserve the right to cancel reservations if the property is permanently or temporarily removed from the short-term rental market for any reason. Should this occur, a full refund will be issued, and no further compensation or liability will be assumed.
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Check-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent before your check-in date. We reserve the right to decline any alteration requests.
