Amazing home, clean, owner was very quick to respond to communication, outdoor games provided, awesome pool/hot tub. I've never seen a pool that can also be used as a hot tub.

My family and I enjoyed our stay and celebrated our son's first birthday. The house met all our needs, and I would definitely rent it again, especially because it has a nice pool.

The house is beautiful and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the house! It is also fully stocked with all the amenities that you might need and the pool and outside area is a great addition. Thank you Noah and Nicole!

My wife and I spent 4th of July weekend there, all was great. The house is very clean and the pool is very nice as well. There are plenty of towels, bring some pool games and pool safe drinking/wine glasses :)The location is excellent. We did a lot of uber eats, and the average delivery time to the house is super fast. It's close to downtown Georgetown and major shopping centers. Walk out the front door to the river across the street. Super safe area.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and had everything we needed to host Thanksgiving. The location of the house is close to all the stores, restaurants and walking distance to downtown Georgetown. We will definitely book again.

Everything was clean and wonderful. Noah’s communication was outstanding. I had some medical issues during my stay and be was so helpful and empathetic to what i was going thru and the check out time. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a great place to stay! We were in town for a wedding and it’s a great location—walkable to the town square for a lot of food, shopping, etc. The house was perfect—wonderfully decorated, and I was really impressed with how well stocked it was. We didn’t have to worry about buying toilet paper, trash bags, etc., which is so nice because that’s stuff you have to leave behind anyway. Highly, highly recommend!

Beautiful home and the best communication with the host. Host was able to quickly help us out with an issue that came up after arrival. The amenities were top notch, I only wish we were able to stay longer. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Georgetown!

We had a great stay at the house. The host had excellent communication throughout, which made everything smooth and easy. The house was comfortable, well kept and well stocked. It is very close to Georgetown.Would definitely recommend!

The property was aesthetically, beautiful, and well decorated. The pool and the upstairs deck were amazing, especially for the weather that we had while we were there the host was super communicative and responded very quickly. It was close enough to the square to be able to walk, which we did a couple of times The only drawback was every single one of the beds. The mattress and pillows were terrible. Extremely hard to sleep on. They are either old or super cheap but they were extremely uncomfortable. Every single person in the eight person party reported the same of every bed. I would also suggest getting new pillows. They seemed a bit old and worn. Other than that, our state was wonderful. The property was great, everything was clean except for one of the bathrooms upstairs when we arrived. They did give us beach towels, which was a nice plus and there were some pool toys. We also enjoyed the mini fridge in the garage by the pool. It made that super convenient.

this guest was quite terrible, breaking the rules and smoking on the property, even burning a hole in the furniture.

Gorgeous property! The pictures don't even do it justice. Very spacious and so beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed the house with all of the amenities you could possibly need and the pool with the floats and games was a huge hit. This property was perfect for our large group of 8. Conveniently located to downtown Georgetown. We loved walking into town every day to enjoy the many shops and restaurants.Noah was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be coming back!
