This was a lovely stay overall... it is a great location above all - basically 30-40 minutes or less from all the things you might want to see or do in LA.I will say that it was a bit cramped - and one of the bedrooms has no window. For a family of 4 it would be fine... for us family of 5 it was harder.Excellent kitchen and utlity room - with a great washer/dryer (that was helpful for us).

Perfect stay for our group

We loved the property for a home base during a trip to LA or see the Dodgers. I Found the hosts to be responsive and accommodating. The listing is perfectly accurate as well which in my experience is not always the case. I'd stay there again!

We didn’t cook, so I don’t know if the kitchen was adequately stocked. The owner was having the outside of the property updated. We were not notified that there was no parking in fyont, and the water was shut off when we first got there. The house was nice and blies yobthe things we wanted to see.

Great location for us (right off Pico). Was a comfortable house for us. The only downside was that there were fruit flies, mosquitos, and even roaches (but we hear this is normal for LA). the property managers were very communicative and helpful and the property was clean & comfortable. i'd recommend this place.

The house itself is fully finished and well-maintained for guest comfort. There is currently some construction taking place at the rear of the property where two brand-new rental units are being built, but this work does not affect the stay or interfere with guests in our home. Nice place overall updated amenities with plenty of room. Only downfall was they’re building an ADU in the back and was woken up on multiple days by the crew early in the morning. We were not given notice that Construction was going on during our stay.

Great place and very central to Beverly Hills. Had an issue with the smoke alarm but the hosts were communicative about it and tried to send someone out but we were not home. Rooms were very clean and well stocked with towels and blankets. There were some gnats in the kitchen and the house stays a little hotter than we are used to, but overall it’s a beautiful home with very nice furniture in a fantastic location that is easy to get in and out of.

No response at all from the management company,send a couple of emails to multiple numbers listed thru Vrbo,also called them,no one bothered to reach out. The property was old,they had done some updates but the furniture was old,the bed linen,towels all old. In one of the bedrooms ,it didn’t seem that the bed sheets were changed as there were crumbs on it. The sofa bed was dirty,we tried to open it to use it as a bed…disgusting,I don’t think it was ever cleaned. No paper towels or any kitchen towels anywhere. Despite all this,the worst thing were the mosquitoes and fruit flies inside the house…all of us had multiple bites all over…it was crazy…never saw mosquitoes anywhere else in LA. Would not recommend!
