Beautiful home, kitchen fully stocked with everything you could possible need. Close to Lewes and Rehoboth beaches. Host checked in before, upon arrival and on departure. Recommend this property for vacation.

The property was beautiful, clean and convenient to everything nearby including the golf course. Hosts were very easy to get in touch with and even checked in (through the app so very non intrusive) to see if we needed anything during the stay. 10/10 would stay again

Right on a golf course, and centrally located allowing access to everything Lewes and Rehobeth have to offer. Loved the fridge in the master, along with 2 Keurig coffee machines! Also a full kitchen with condiments available as needed. Check in and check out is always a breeze with owners available quickly when needed. Looking forward to my next rental!!

Wonderful house and location

This property is both well equipped and well situated within the Lewes /Rehoboth area. It is within 20 minutes of everything you wanna do in the area. It is both quiet and peaceful. We are excited to stay at this property again. The bedrooms had very comfortable memory foam type mattresses..

We just had a fabulous stay thanks to Fil Rich’s wonderful hospitality. The house had plenty of space for all of us to spread out, plenty of stores and restaurants in close proximity to the house, minutes from the beach and the bestpart was all the things that were included in the house. We barely had to pack a thing, because so many things were there upon our arrival. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Amazing Experience

I would truly say this is one of the best bookings I could have made to find a place to stay. Rich and Filo we're incredibly helpful and communicative. The spot I stayed at had everything I needed and more. Looking forward to booking more in the future with F.R.B rentals. I hope my team and I earned 5 star rating in their book, as they earned a 5 star in mine. Highly recommend booking with F.R.B rentals for anyone looking to stay in Delaware.

Wonderful and pristine home

The space was super clean and well-maintained. The hosts are very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. We felt very comfortable with everything we might possibly need. Checking-in was seamless as was checkout. The kitchen was well-stocked though we didn’t cook much. It was nice to have everything we might need at our fingertips. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Delaware Beaches.

We always appreciate a pet-friendly rental. We loved that the house was stocked with all the incidentals- kitchen, bathroom, laundry soaps, garbage bags, beach chairs and bags, spices, Ziploc bags, etc. This made packing so much easier. The house was very clean and Fil and Rich checked in periodically to make sure we were ok. We had a great stay!
