Perry is waiting for you at this 2-bedroom house. The bedrooms feature a pleasant king bed in one room and a perfect queen bed in the other. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, hair dryer, WiFi, heating, and AC. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer for your comfort. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

PET OWNERS: While the back yard is a nice size, there is NO fenced in area. You have to walk your pups on a lease and pick up after them. And you MUST add them to your reservation.

This home is located less than 1 mile to all the downtown fun! Sidewalks are available if you choose to walk. The kitchen does include a Keurig a microwave a full-size fridge and stove. The home is 3 miles from the Georgia national Fairgrounds. Also be aware this home is located near a sawmill so you will smell that sawmill. Most love that smell but some may not.

We just needed somewhere to sleep for the night on our journey to Florida from St. Louis and was happy that we could book just one night! Host was very helpful. We didn’t really use anything in the house but it was perfect for us and the fur kiddos for the night.

Pets loved being welcomed and not needing to be crated for five days. Little things like a mat for their bowls and extra poop bads and even some non rawhide chew sticks was nice. Ony thing that would have truly made this a 5 star stay with dogs would have been a portion of the yard being fenced in, as it's hard to be on leashes to do their business.

The home was clean, and cozy. It was a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch. I did have questions and the owner was very responsive and courteous. An overall enjoyable place to stay! I look forward to going back again.

Perfect house for a couple with dogs! Comfty bed, couch, great a/c, shower, high top eating table, fridge, toaster, Keurig, etc. Pretty decor. Very private, quiet, walkable, safe, pleasant. Big yard, plenty of space for dog business. 2 min. drive to best pizza in town: Ghost Runner, with excellent craft brews and cocktails. 4 min. drive to best burger in town and breakfast: The Swanson. 8 min. drive to Big Indian Creek Trailways with paved trails and large grass areas to walk dogs. The longest trail, 40 min. one way, is currently blocked off due to construction on underpass but presumably will reopen at some point. Shorter trails are open. About 25 min. to walk downtown, sidewalks all the way via Tucker and Ball streets. Perry has adorable little downtown to walk around. LOTS of good food and drink to be had, even live music too. This place is so conveniently located to all of it and the dog friendly host makes it perfect, I mean pawfect. The only thing that could possibly be better is if the place had an established later checkout set into its policy. But the host is very nice and accommodating. This will be our first choice on any trip to Perry. THANK YOU to the host for allowing our dogs to travel with us!

My son got married at the Muse theater. This house allowed us to all be able to have my mother-in-law and sons stay there. Then allowed for all of the groomsmen to be able to come and change the day of wedding to give us time to laugh and love. The house was beautiful. The homeowner was so welcoming and very gracious. We would definitely stay again.

The host was very nice and helpful! I requested to update my booking to add an extra night and she updated everything for me. She contacted me prior to check in with instructions to get in the house, and contacted me again to make sure everything was as expected. The house itself was in a great location for us (we had to be at the fairgrounds every day) and was clean and tidy. I stayed here with my dogs and although the yard is not fully fenced, it worked out really well for us. Thank you!

Exactly what we needed!

The house was perfect, it had a great screened in porch on the front, the back has a nice deck to sit on, the yard is very big, and the covered car port was a bonus since it was raining when we arrived. The house was a perfect size, in a quiet neighbornood, super clean, comfortable, and cozy. The beds were also very comfortable, the host Misti had some essentials there for us like some spices, coffee, a laundry pod and softener, and even a mat, bowl, and baggies for our pup. She was very kind and even gave us some suggestions of things to do when we went to Savannah for the second half of our trip. My family and I couldn't have been happier with our stay and we would recommend the house to any friends or family coming to the area!

Cute place. Super clean and comfortable. Very close to the little downtown area with some nice restaurants. We did not realize it was so close to a huge sawmill complex that occasionally runs overnight, but it wasn’t that loud in the bedrooms.

The house was cozy and included everything we needed for the weekend. Mistis communication was perfect and we had no issues getting into the house or with anything inside. Perry, GA was a pretty town and had all.we needed - food, shops, gas...and it was convenient to the wedding we were attending. I highly recommend if you find yourself in the area.
