Seaglass House - Boothbay Harbor, ME

Nooks & crannies abound! Charming, historic, 4-bedroom gem in Boothbay Harbor. Close proximity to the footbridge into town. Dog friendly!

This quintessential Maine home boasts 1 king bed and 3 full beds, perfect for a family getaway. Additionally, a pullout sofa bed in the office is available. Sleep up to 10 guests! Two parking spaces available.

Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the front porch or second level deck, which offers stunning harbor views.

Seaglass House comes equipped with everything you need: sheets, towels, hair dryers, WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, a highchair, a pack & play, and laundry facilities.

There are sidewalks all the way to town, or if you prefer a ride, the free local trolley stops just across the street in the Brown's Wharf parking lot.

New in 2025:
**The Puffin's Nest: a separate guest cottage (Puffin's Nest) is also available on-property and may be booked with your stay for an additional fee. The Puffin's Nest may also be booked separately from Seaglass House for smaller travel parties. The Puffin's Nest cottage sleeps up to 2 people in one queen bed. Please inquire if interested in adding on the cottage to your stay at Seaglass House, which allows for up to 12 guests at the property. One additional parking space is included (for a total of 3 parking spaces) if adding on a rental of the Puffin's Nest cottage.

Loved this charming house!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at this charming Maine cottage. It was perfect for our family of 2 sisters with 5 adult children and 2 grandchildren (2 1/2 and one month old).The town was within walking distance and there a few rerestaurants right across the street.

The perfect Family Getaway

This cozy Maine cottage was the perfect spot for our extended family to stay during the holiday weekend. The house is spacious and perfectly located. The coastal decor is well done and my daughter and fiance loved the guest house. We would love to rent again next year!!

Nice relaxing summer week in Boothbay Harbor

We spent a week in the Sea Glass House in August. The cool decor is perfect for the coastal setting. The location was perfect for exploring Boothbay and the nearby area.

Great location

Loved this house and location. Plenty of room for our big family and the cottage out back is super cute!! Walking distance to so many things. Highly recommend this house for your Maine vacation.

We loved this house. Plenty of room for the whole family!

We came for a family reunion and it was perfect. We spent a lot of time on the front porch relaxing. The rooms were comfortable and a great size. We will absolutely come back again!

Lovely Home in Boothbay Harbor

Lovely home, great location! We enjoyed walking into town each day, sitting on the home’s deck and porches... the cottage provides an extra private space for members of the travel party... wonderful overall!

Wonderful Memory Filled Vacation

We had an amazing time at the Sea Glass house. It was wonderful to have my family together in Boothbay Harbor. It is in such a convenient spot to the foot bridge.

Fantastic Getaway

This was the perfect place to stay. Located within an easy walk to Boothbay Harbor shops and excellent restaurants. The cottage was clean, well taken care of, comfortable beds, and cozy seating areas. Staying with dear girlfriends in this lovely home made our week even more memorable. Would definitely come back here to stay.

Perfect location for access to Boothbay Harbor

If you are looking for a house with easy access to all that Boothbay has to offer, this is the one. It is short walk over the footbridge to restaurants, shops and boat cruise options. The house itself is very charming, sweet and nicely furnished. We had a wonderful time!

Delightful Stay

Conveniently located by a short walk to downtown walk to Boothbay Harbor, the location was ideal. Quiet and beautiful. The furnishings and soft blue and green color scheme were a perfect expression of Coastal Maine. The cookware was plentiful and high quality which was perfect for one in our party who is a chef. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful view

The house is a short walk to the foot bridge and also the local part. It is a beautiful area and lots to do. The house had awesome water pressure and was very comfortable. The porch was awesome and fun to sit on and relax.

We all enjoyed our stay! Comfortable, clean, nice sitting areas... Sidewalk to the footbridge into the village/shops made for a nice walk. One of us was handicapped with a scooter which easily navigated the sidewalk etc. Very satisfied with our stay!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay!

The house and property are beautifully appointed. The owners are very attentive and great to work with, both before and during the stay. The location of the home is close enough to town that you can walk across a footbridge spanning the harbor to visit the shops and restaurants, and yet you're far enough away that you can relax in the house without the worry of a lot of vehicular traffic disturbing your evening. We had a great week in Boothbay Harbor and would come back to Mark and Steve's home every time!

Top Notch Vacation

Wonderful house. Accommodating owners. Great location in terrific Boothbay Harbor, Maine. Ten high-schoolers gathereed from around the United States from the Class of 1954 in Waltham High School in Massachusetts easily fit in this impressive house for a reunion vacation.Beautiful beautiful town!

Sea Glass Cottage

Our stay at this darling cottage was wonderful. We could not have asked for a better location nor better weather. We were a total of 7 and having 3.5 bathrooms was a blessing. We look forward to to coming back in the future.

Beautiful!

Wonderful!

The Cottage was just perfect. I can't say enough wonderful things! We had 12 people and I never felt crowded. The location was amazing. There is a ton to do in the area. You will love it! Mark was great to work with!!!
