The cabin is comfortable, with lovely outdoor and indoor spaces and facilities. Our stay was short, but we were relaxed and felt at home the entire time. It is conveniently located near all the activities we planned for our visit, which also made the time in Hotchatown stress free and fun. For anyone with a low-clearance vehicle, the road to- and from- is bumpy and challenging, but once there, the cabin is very pleasant and nicely appointed.

Very cute cabin. Nice linens. Some of the fabric on the sofa was worn but still comfy. We did use the hot tub and the warm water was nice. Their was some wear from previous renters. I brought this to their attention. We could have used more Frying pans 1 small and 1 large was not enough. All things considered it was a nice stay.

Relaxing setting with beautiful woods surrounding. The cabin was flawless. Everything need was available. Stayed at the cabin most of the time but ventured out to the gift shop, ate at a good seafood restaurant then took a sunset cruise of the lake. Beautiful. Had lunch at a pizza place on the way out. Very good!! Overall, excellent, relaxing time with friends. Thank you, to our host for all your help. Cyndie Chandler

We loved this spot! It was close to Beaver's Bend, a quick trip to the Bowling Alley and to a daiquiri/tequila/taco spot, but tucked back enough to where you wouldnt know you were that close to the public. We loved making s'mores in the fire pit after a long soak in the hot tub, which we were able to soak our joints/muscles from the first "leg" of our trip (We spent the week prior with family in Branson). If you've never experienced fireflies, or globugs as the kids were calling them, get ready for a MAGICAL experience! They were EVERYWHERE, making it a magical experience! We're in Hotchatown often, as we have friends close by, so we will definitely be back!

We absolutely adored the cabin. Perfect location. Everything was as listed. Plenty of room for our family a few doors down to visit for dinner. The cabin was clean and tidy when we arrived. The hosts supplied plenty of towels and cloths. *The can opener leaves a lot to be desired.* It really should be replaced. We had to do some finagling to get it to open anything enough to get food out. Just as a heads up. The toilet area of the both downstairs bathrooms are tiny and hard to maneuver. It’s the perfect little cabin for a weekend getaway!
