Wonderful Stay in Denver! We had a wonderful stay in Denver! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was convenient for exploring Denver and the surrounding area, which made it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer. The space was welcoming and relaxing, Communication with the host was easy and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One small suggestion that would make an already great stay even better would be adding a mattress topper and slightly softer pillows for extra comfort. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Denver. It was a great home base for our trip!

The carriage house is beautiful and cozy, with a view of the very well maintained garden. Location is perfect; close enough to everything to make it convenient. The only thing that could have made our stay more pleasant: more Winston!

8/10 Buono

The space is lovely - perfect amount of room for 1 or 2 travelers. Furnishings were mostly very comfortable and everything felt clean and well cared for. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, but missing a sharp knife for cutting/chopping (I could only find dull/serrated steak knives which don't work on veggies) and no cutting board. The bed was not great and pillows were flat, but it wasn't terrible. Overall, I'd recommend the space itself. I was frustrated with communication though. Specifically: I received a text from the host the day before my trip about a pig roast happening during my stay, and an invitation to join. This is not something I wanted to be part of, and would have changed my reservation if I'd known sooner. Some people might be really excited about a pig roast/party! But it would be helpful for the host to share their plans early on so customers can make the decision that works for them. Nice place to stay - you just may want to ask if they're planning to have a party while you're there, if that could be an issue for you.

We just returned from a ten day stay at this lovely property. It was perfect for my wife and me. It is located in a safe, private neighborhood away from road noise and has on-street parking. Shopping and restaurants are a five minute drive and downtown Denver is less than 20 minutes away. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Everything was seamless from check-in through departure, and communication was prompt and helpful throughout. It’s clear that the Stephanie and her family take great pride in providing an outstanding guest experience for a great value. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a lovely, stress-free place to stay in Denver.

Charming, clean, friendly cat visits the front door. Bed is comfortable. The A/C worked great on a very hot day. It is quiet except on Saturday morning around 9:30 when we were blasted out of bed by very loud rock music in the yard, which played until I finally complained, and then it immediately stopped. In the future, I would ask about the possibility of loud music.
