The apartment was as advertised. Very clean and nicely furnished. Our host answered any questions without a long response time. Parking in back was nice because the street filled up fast. We enjoyed our time and would book again if we get back in that area.

This apartment was perfect for our visit to DC. Very clean and roomier than we expected. It is in the basement of the apartment but there were plenty of windows. Also, noise was minimal. Good local eats nearby. We would stay here again!

Place looks nice. Its clean and spacious. Living area is quite large. However one of the bed was super squeaky and mattress very uncomfortable. The bathroom tub had clogging issues and Shower curtain had moulds.

Very nice apartment in attractive location. This apartment has its own parking space behind the building, making check-in comfortable simple. Parking isn't always easy in these DC neighborhoods, so dedicated parking is a valuable feature. When my wife and I arrived, we were immediately impressed by the clean, attractive interior. Also impressive was the size: this is a spacious unity with room to spread out. It occupies the entire lower level of a Victorian style home. The building is well consructed, so there is minimal bleed-through of sound between levels, and it is well-isolated from street noise.The kitchen is fully equipped and has most basic amenities. The beds in both bedrooms are very comfortable, with good mattresses.The neighborhood is attractive and well-maintained. The building is in easy walking distance from a variety of neighborhood conveniences such as bodegas and small restaurants. In our experience over a few days, Ubers were plentiful and typically cost around 10 (before tip) for the places we went to.This place was just what we were looking for and we were happy with our stay.

Me my husband and 2 kids(17/20) came to see the city. The house was exactly as said. It work perfect for us. Nice and clean and everything you could need. The area felt very safe, and it was nice having the end unit to have windows, you never felt on the bottom unit. Very minimal noise from above. Plenty of room for us all to watch a movie in the evening after a day of walking. The first night we walked all the way to the mall. It wasn’t that bad of a walk maybe 2 miles. We then discovered scooters and would recommend them to everyone. We could find them right up the street. I would recommend staying here to anyone.
