Silver Shore community requires at least one person over the age of 55. Must be rented for a minimum of 3 months as per association. Requirements include an Association Renter application, a $300 rental application fee, a $500 refundable security deposit, and a $40 first-time renter background per adult. Association Approval may take up to 4 weeks.
