Property was an excellent location to the beach and very clean. Joni communicated in a timely manner and the extra amenities made our visit so pleasant. Will definitely be looking to book with Joni again at any of her managed locations.

This was the perfect spot for our quick getaway. The proximity to the beach is what we were looking for and the amenities within the unit were a bonus. Tons of kitchen utensils and dishes, bath towels and toiletries were abundant, and access to beach gear was a huge plus! It was also a bonus to have the coffee bar in house! Overall the unit was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. And the host was a dream to work with-extremely responsive and flexible.

A perfect location and a beautiful place.

The place was perfect and had everything we needed. It was very clean and well stocked. Perfect location to shops and restaurants and with the beach being right out front it couldn't have been better.

So many little details that made our stay perfect!

The Bostonian was lovely. The decor was beach house adorable and not excessive. The furniture was great quality and very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony with a great ocean view. There were so many little things provided that you don’t usually get. Everything was perfect and I can’t wait to return!

We have stayed at many beach front condos, but none were quite as well appointed as this one!Of course the view was beautiful and access to the beach was easy. The unit was clean and overall very comfortable. There were plenty of bath linens and extra blankets. What really makes it stand out though is everything that was provided. There were papers products, storage bags and food wraps, trash bags, cleaning products, laundry supply, and even office supplies! The beach equipment was plentiful and in good shape. My favorite part...for those loads and loads of swimsuits and beach towels...a washer that cleaned thoroughly and a dryer that worked efficiently. Thank you for thinking of all the details and making mom life extra easy at the beach!
