Thank you for your feedback and for acknowledging the communication and attentiveness you experienced during your stay. As disclosed in the listing prior to booking, our building is undergoing an exterior facelift following the '24 storms. Because of this temporary work, peak-season rates were adjusted accordingly. Balcony access was limited only during short, scheduled daytime periods for pressure washing and painting. I provided updates as soon as I received them and did my best to maximize your balcony time. The beach view remained uninterrupted, the pool and hot tub were open, and we ensured on-site parking was always available. You mentioned it was a nice place and did not note any concerns with the condo itself, which is newly renovated. That tells me that aside from brief balcony interruptions, the unit met your expectations, and I truly hope you enjoyed your time inside the condo. The exterior renovation is scheduled for completion by the end of this month, and we are incredibly excited about the transformation. There has already been so much positive buzz locally, and we’re seeing strong upcoming bookings as guests look forward to the refreshed property. We truly believe this will be one of the standout places to stay on Treasure Island.
