Great Location

We had a great time in Cleveland. The view from the unit was awesome. The location is great for a Guardians game or the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The host communication was great and timely.

Great City Views

We were in town to see a Cleveland Guardians game and wanted to stay somewhere that was within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was just like what you see in the pictures. The views of the city are amazing! We felt very safe in the building. It was perfect for our family of 5! We would definitely stay here again.

The description for the property was changed after I made my reservation. I was traveling with my wife and two adult children. The couch was supposed to be a pull-out, but it was broken, with a wooden plank supporting the couch cushions (that just seemed unstable), and no mattress. I texted about that, and eventually they admitted that a recent guest had broken the couch. Sorry. That's it. Then, after pressing, I was told the description says the couch isn't a pull-out. Well, it isn't anymore, but it was, and I reserved that apartment because of that. I also found other broken furniture in the closet, where I was initially told to search for the mattress (even thought that wasn't the problem). We did find a bag with sheets for the bed, but it included sheets for the pull-out (which we couldn't use, and a used sleeping bag). Great! There were also many missing slats on the 90's vertical blinds, so room darkening wasn't really possible in the morning. Generally, the apartment was fine, but so basic that it was lacking in simple details, like shower bottles stored on the vanity counter, far from the shower, with no shelf to store them in the shower. Strange. This wasn't a pleasurable stay, and it was made worse by repeated lying by the property managers. Aside from that, it was a nice apartment, very spacious, and in a great location, with parking included,
