This beachfront condo was great. We were provided an umbrella and beach chairs along with the other amenities in the condo. We were not warned about the no see ums and we definitely needed some Off for them, but other than those pesky insects our stay at Sanibel was pretty awesome. We would definitely rent this condo again if we get the chance to come back.

Thank you for choosing Shorewood B1 with Glass Casa Vacations! We're glad the beachfront location, provided umbrella and beach chairs, and condo amenities helped make your stay enjoyable. Sorry we didn't warn you about the no-see-ums — they can be bothersome on Sanibel at times. We'll add a note to the listing so future guests are aware; insect repellent (DEET or Off) and keeping screens/doors closed at dusk usually helps. We hope to welcome you back to Shorewood B1 on a future visit.

Beautiful Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part wonderful. The AC was hit by lighting the 2nd night we were there. Rental company gave us portable units which made the unit bearable until the AC could be fixed almost 4 days later. Waiting on what the compensation will be for the days we were out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely clean home. Perfect view. Easy access to the beach. Great amenities including an awning, umbrella, and beach chairs. The extra towels were great. They responded so quickly to an A/C issue. It worked great all day long but would only cool to 74 at night. Called 2-3 times about that and couldn't seem to figure out how to reprogram it. Other than that, it was a perfect vacation and location!!!
