This property was very clean, with comfortable beds, and in a great location. It was a challenge to find the parking spot, although there was a video showing where it is, but once we found it, all was good. The kitchen is lacking some utensils, but we supplemented with plasticware. All in all, it was a good value for what we were getting in the area. We were cozy and comfortable and we'd stay there again!

4th of July in Marina del Mar

Had a great and relaxing vacation visiting the marina and Venice Beach. The unit rental was great! It was clean, roomy, safe, and had lots of amenities in the room. Very nice place and convenient location. I would highly recommend staying here.

Literally slept and showered there, did not have time to use amenities, so it was fine and location was great!Appreciated having the parking spot, but finding itwas a little bit of a challenge, the first time. Door entry was difficult until we figured out to use your hand to touch the pad to turn the lights on instead of one finger. No washcloths provided.There was a hauling dog both mornings, but that is not something you all can control.Feel the cleaning cost of 135, is insane and no real flexibility with the 10am departure time (we wanted more time due to taking a redeye out) was a bummer.

We did not use the pool and spa. Several minor issues reduced our overall rating from a five to a four. The minor issues were: the bathtub drain stopper got stuck in the closed position; we were told not to use the garbage disposal; the front door handle was loose and caused a temporary lockout, the dishwasher was not anchored properly; there was a missing slap in the vertical blinds;and while there was adequate silverware, there were no serving utensils.

Our experience was overall really positive. The apartment is clean and having a 2nd bed in the living room was great! The building itself is older, so there is wear and tear. Make sure to watch the video they send about how to find the parking spot. We even wrote the directions down so we could read them off in the car. Great location and very quiet.

Good location, well maintained, close to amenities.The downsides were -1. Non-availability of a duvet / quilt (for the second bed) - which was promptly addressed after being brought to the notice of the housing management team2. Non-functioning of the air conditioner effectively for 4 days (out of 6 that we stayed for) - and this was not addressed despite having brought to the notice of the housing management team. This made the stat rathet uncomfortable as the room became stuffy and leaving the window open led to weed smell..... We had also requested for a late check out to catch a mid-night flight - especially after 4 restless nights - but that wasn't made available.Overall experience was sub-optimal mainly due to the air conditioning issue.The team's email / messaging App response time was very prompt though.

Clean...beautiful decor.The only problem was the bed in the bedroom..It was wobbly and the mattress moved.Also parking in the garage was difficult.. not good signage. Took several days to get used to finding the assigned spot and then finding exit.
