Welcome to your cozy 1-bedroom retreat at The Lodge at Lincoln Station in Lincoln, NH, at the base of Loon Mountain South Peak! Perfect for families, our updated apartment has a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and serene bedroom. Enjoy our heated indoor pool, hot tub, and game room. In winter, access excellent skiing with our free shuttle; or explore many hiking trails and nearby Franconia Notch. Book your adventure today and create unforgettable memories in beautiful Lincoln!
HOUSE RULES
Please remember this is a someone's home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.
• NO SMOKING (even on balcony) –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)
• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
• LEAVE KEYS on kitchen counter when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving
