Consider this condo your home away from home while you visit Scottsdale. This wonderful property features 2 king bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower amenities, fully functional/stocked kitchen, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed for additional space.

This condo was remodeled this year (2025). It is walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. You can find restaurants, shopping of all types (near Scottsdale Fashion Square), bars, socializing in the hub of activities. Barrett Jackson Auction, spring training and of course lots of golf courses in the immediate area. When you walk out the back gate of our first floor condo the hot tub is right there. The pool is approximately 50 feet from there . There is a charging station ( EVSE) directly across the street from condo. Activity wise there are many places to go hiking, (mountains and flat terrains), beautiful fine dinning restaurants.

Durning the winter months the boilers are set to heat. It is controlled from the association. This means there is no A/C during these months. We do have portable A/C units in the condo. Ceiling fans in each room. We also have oscillating fans. Experience what Scottsdale has to offer with a stay at our terrific condo. TPT: 21478580

This is a very lovely property. Everything in it is sparkling clean and lots of it feels brand new. One of the things we particularly enjoyed was the supply of oversized pool towels; they were more than sufficient to warm us in the evening.cool breeze.Our hosts, Reuben and April, answer all of our ahead of time questions and we're very responsive when we had any concerns during our stay. We have stayed at many VRBO units in scottsdale, and I would rate this as the very best one. While some others were slightly more expen, the amenities and the communication and the location and the entire condo far exceeded any place else we've stayed. In addition, our small dog was very welcome and it was very easy to find places to walk her. A huge thank you to Reuben and April; i don't remember from listing if you were premier hosts, but you certainly ought to be. We enjoyed every minute in the condo and found it at great place in which to relax and spread out and also entertain our family when they came to visit. We will definitely book with you on our next trip to scottsdale.

The inside was like the pictures so we were impressed. Contacting owners/property manager was easy and they replied promptly! Pool was nice we had a great quick trip!
