We were so blessed to find this special place. Right in the middle of Port Lavaca and Rockport, we’re 20 mins from the beach and across the street from the Guadalupe River. You get the country feeling, with the ability to run into town for all of your essentials.

We have found such a special place!
Sitting on the Guadalupe River Delta, we have the privilege of seeing all sorts of wildlife. We’re on the back end of two acres, with a private dock and our own private boat ramp. We’ve completely remodeled the inside to create a luxury homey feel, and have given the outdoors a huge facelift, making you feel right at home.
