Very spacious and clean, nice pool area, as well as easy check-in and checkout. My only issue was a large roach in my room and lower parking garage had small infestation. Overall nice stay.

Our stay was excellent. The area was close to most things and seemed very safe. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The pool was great as well. This was a great little place for my family and I.

Check-in delayed by 1 hour.Room is not a non-smoking room. There is a horrible penetrared smoke smell. Opening windows, spraying air freshener does not help. If you have allergies dont book here.

The location was perfect for us, and the rooms had plenty of space for us. The availability of roll out beds makes it work for additional guests if needed. The property is secure, and our host communicated very well with us. We would stay there again!

The check in process was a disaster stood outside in 100 waiting for some random dude to buzz the door, never said a word just hung up on the call box,after 15-20 minutes finally got in. No instructions anywhere in the apartment, had to message host and wait just to figure out how to turn the AC on and get a parking spot assigned. Once inside fairly unclean, no cleaning supplies whatsoever just to wipe counters etc, no broom in case of a small mess not even a freaking can opener. Only one shelf in the fridge which made storing food almost impossible. There were blinds missing in each room which made privacy almost nonexistent. Had to message host again for the WiFi instructions as none of that was provided. We had to message the host to find out what needed taken care of at checkout. One hundred percent would never stay there again. We talked with a tenant up at the pool where we had to remove the umbrella to swim, who said that others who had booked were also very unsatisfied.

Location was close to transit, Thai food, groceries, and the people we were visiting so that was good for us. Also, Weymo was always quick to get us around from this location. BTW we stayed 4 nights. The images shown were not where we stayed but a similar unit. This is a fairly rundown apartment, many broken handles, master bedroom door has a broken hinge, lamps were broken, side tables had burn spots, 1 of the 3 beds was unusable for us, springs were uneven and easily felt when sitting on the bed. One of the dining room chairs even has a dethatched seat and they don't have felt on the bottom so moving chairs is a loud venture. No ice maker- as advertised, not even ice trays! Laundry is for the entire apartment floor and 2 to wash and 1.75 to dry- installing a phone App is required. Hallways and elevators usually smelled strongly of marijuana, ironic when the host repeatedly made threats of immediate eviction if anyone 'smoked' on the property. The messages started the morning of check in, hours before we arrived in town. Huge cockroach! I killed it for them after I recovered from the shock. Host may let you get a late check out, for 50 per hour, we declined. Next time my daughter and I will get one room in a hotel and use the lobby when we have company or need alone time.

Positive: The place was spacious and pretty clean. Owner and assistant communication was quick. No disturbance from other tenants except for a person walking into the place using his own key. Not sure who it was. Kinda scary for that to have happened. Rooftop pool is cool. Cons: Some TLC is needed on cabinets and doors. Some upgrades and additional things needed with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Price point was okay (keep in mind a required rental insurance fee is added to the total price). Two night stay w/rental insurance and 2 parking stalls was about 1000. I think the owner should include the 2 garage parking spaces for free but instead offers them for 60/car/day of which was outrageous. The neighborhood is not the best and made me feel uneasy to leave my car parked out on the street. Of course street parking is nowhere to be found unless you come right before 4pm (at check in) to hopefully scoop up a spot at the nearby school loading zone. Overall, the check in process was smooth. Neighborhood is not the best. I recommend garage parking to be included at no additional charge, upgrade and increase kitchen and linens. Throw out the knives and water kettle. Check out time should be at 11am. Rate this a 3 out of 5.

If you're looking for a family unit in a relatively safe part of L.A. near all of Hollywood's attractions at an affordable rate, this is absolutely the place to stay.My wife and I, and our three teenage children had a wonderfully comfortable stay. The condo was very clean, with central heat/air. Our host was very communicative and friendly. It earned my 5 stars!!Here are some things to know:-It is an apartment complex with other residents who expect neighborliness. (It is not a party place.)-I highly recommend the added parking fee to park in the lower, gated garage. Spaces are tight, and made for compact cars, so beware any lifted trucks or suvs. I paid the fee separate from VRBO using Cash App to the owner directly. -The pool on the roof provides AMAZING views that look even better than the provided pics. You can see the Hollywood sign, Netflix's headquarters, Capital Records, and the famous observatory...along with L.A.'s breathtaking downtown skyline. (The roof pool closes at 10pm, and is only 3' deep.)-It is very close to a Target-There are some homeless folks who wander the neighborhoods and the back alley way (which is the access to the gated garage). But that's everywhere in L.A.-The location provided a central, easy-access point to some great places!...5 minutes to the Walk of Fame...10 minutes to Universal Studios...15 minutes to Burbank...25 minutes to downtown L.A....35 minutes to Santa Monica beachThanks again for a great vacation!!

DO NOT STAY HERE. We've stayed at over 50 short term rentals and never left anything other than a 5 star review. We rented the unit for 4 days, but it was so bad, we left within the first 2 hours and got a hotel room. The check in communication was terrible, the carpet was extrmely stained, and the air conditioning did not work. It was 82 degrees in the unit. We asked for our money back since we did not stay a single night, but we got no response. Run, run, run from this place.

The apartment was reasonably clean and the location worked well for our stay, but there were several concerns that future guests should be aware of.The unit had a broken door hinge, exposed wiring in both bathroom exhaust fans, and several kitchen cupboards that were loose or appeared to be falling apart when opened. The listing accommodated four guests, but only three towels were provided.Prior to arrival, communication focused heavily on rules, restrictions, and potential charges. We received multiple reminders that this was not a hotel, were instructed not to bother anyone in the building, and were told that all house rules must be strictly followed by every member of our group. We were also advised that some window blinds were already in the process of being repaired and that any damaged blind would result in a 40 replacement fee. While we understand the need to protect a property and respect neighbours, the overall tone felt more cautionary than welcoming.The optional parking was convenient and worth considering, as parking in the neighbourhood can be difficult. However, payment for parking and a late-arrival fee was requested through private text message rather than through the VRBO platform.Laundry is available on-site, which was convenient, but it is pay-per-load and not included with the rental.During our stay, a legal "Pay Rent or Quit" notice addressed to the tenant of the property was delivered to the unit.

This unit was not accurately listed. The photos were much older and the unit was not in good condition. The walls are in need of paint, the dishwasher did not work. The kitchen cabinets were falling off the wall. The lamps did not have lamp shades. The blinds were in horrible shape and we were asked not to use them as they need to be repaired. This left us with no privacy to change in either bedroom. The back deck was disgusting and had never been cleaned. They did not provide any amenities, like the Keurig in their photos, body wash, shampoo. They provided 6 towels for 4 people to use in the shower, hot tub and pool. I do not believe these owners have ever traveled to a VRBO as it was not inviting or accommodating as all of the many other places we have stayed are. When we arrived there were homeless people and a crack pipe on the front steps. Very disappointing stay. Our plane was 30 minutes late arriving at LAX which caused our arrival at the residence to be delayed. For hours we could not reach anyone to help us with this stressful delay in our arrival and to ensure we could get in to the unit.

The room was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. Got in the pool while we were there and the view was nice. The air conditioning worked very. If you dont want any problem finding parking you will have to pay for parking. Parking is very scarce on the side of the street. Our first night we found parking on the street but the second night we paid for parking. There was no parking. We got lucky the first night there. Overall we had a great experience with the room and the communication with the daytime and evening host. 5 STARS

The location of the apartment was great, perfect for what we needed. The rooftop pool was also great, my kid LOVED it.But the downside was that it did not feel like the house was well maintained. A few blinds in the bedrooms were missing, letting the light in and waking us up at 6 in the morning. Not the time that I want to wake up on a vacation. Some kitchen cabinet handles were missing, the bathroom mirror was covered with black dots, the bathroom ceiling light's cover was missing, and the door lock did not work well and we got locked outside the apartment for long minutes until finally on the the 10th attempt the lock finally opened.Another thing that could have made the experience better was if the host turned on the A/C to a comfortable temperature before the guests arrived. It was close to 100 degrees the day we arrived, and the temperature inside the apartment was 85 degrees when we entered. It took the A/C 2 hours to lower the temperature to an acceptable temperature, and it felt like a sauna until then.I also have to mention the additional parking fee that was not disclosed properly in the apartment description. The description says that garage parking is "available", but does not mention that it is available for additional fee that adds 10% to the total cost

The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen adequately stocked to provide for a vacation's needs. The pool, though small, was warm & pleasant and provided a lovely view of the Hollywood skyline. The underground parking, though it cost extra, was protected and convenient.

Property was good, location was excellent very close to Universal and hollywood walk of fame. Property had essentials for everyday needs. Communication was prompt during 9am-9pm timeframe. Highly recommend booking paid parking spot.

ギリギリまでチェックイン方法を教えてもらえず不安でしたが、最終的には細かく連絡を取ってくださりとても助かりました！！ 日本の方が行く場合は周りが少し怖く感じるかもしれないので、レンタカーで行かれることをおすすめします。 お部屋は広くてキッチンなどもあり食器も使用させていただき快適でした。 ありがとうございました。
